Feels like home. Bring your own bag. Don't be scared. Just point at what you want. Or show a picture from your phone. My breakfast haul was piping hot!! I got two pork buns for half price as a tray came out ugly. The person in a queue in front of me got the last of the fried bee hoon at Saturday 10:30 a.m. I got the $3.50 congee. Will try rice rolls next time.
Very fresh, great quality products, ok selection in a hole-in-the-wall bakery. Limited street parking but in a central location next to many shops in east van. The raisin dinner buns are fluffy and great value.Cash only but banks close by for atm’s.

Food quality is not the best but it is a very good deal. I like the deep fried dumplings a lot and the rice roll. The sticky rice not so much, it lacks some flavour and doesn't have much in the way of ingredients. It can get busy during rush periods too and it feels very rushed to order at times.
