Just a hype ..we drove 50 mins across the city ,to get there before it closed,the food was cold and the grilled mishkaki(beef skewers) were tough and totally chewy!! What a waste of time and money

For the little ones, the Kuko Chuma was a perfect choice—tender, flavorful, and kid-approved. The Chicken Kababs with Fries were a standout, featuring juicy, well-seasoned kababs paired with crispy, golden fries that hit just the right level of crunch. Simba’s Chicken was the star of the dinner tonight. Every bite was packed with quality and freshness, making the meal thoroughly enjoyable. If you're craving a satisfying and well-prepared dishes, Simbas Grill delivers in every way. Highly recommended! They also deliver through Uber eats!!

The whole thing was worth it The ambient was calmed and cozy with lots of pictures, sculptures , masks and other nice pictures and paintings The service was great , the staff was really attentive and nice The food was absolutely delicious, the habanero sauces , coconut dip and yogurt were great The mango lassi it's great and all the food I tried was really good I'll definitely be back there to try some more different dishes

I’ve been going to Simba’s for at least 10 years now (from Denman to Boundary) because the food is authentic and flavourful. Mango lassi drink, muhogo (kind of like fries, but grainier) as an appetizer, and I go with either a biryani dish or mishkaki. It’s also nice to see the owner, Mr. Khan, out and about greeting customers. He has one of the best memories. Took my family and friends there one year for a celebration dinner, and there was about 10 of us and each of us ordered something different along with appetizers. No notepad, just his great listening skills, Mr. Khan nailed our orders. Eating at Simba’s is always requested by my family when they visit:)

Loved the food. So delicious. I haven't been here since they had a restaurant in downtown and was craving their food so decided to head out it Burnaby. Their quality and quantity did not diminish. The goat curry was melt in your mouth and so tasty. The cassava fries, wow. And all the condiments/chutney were so enjoyable. Highly recommend coming here
