I had a wonderful time there. My first trip to simpatico and would I definitely go back. The server was friendly, and accommodating. She took her time with my order and helped me narrow down to wanting a lentil soup and Greek salad. Which is what I was craving. I loved how decorated the place was. Simple yet elegant and home like feel to it. I have never been to Greece but after dining here I was inspired more to visit. Caitlin was knowledgeable about the menu, when deciding on something and was optimistic about what the restaurant offered. Which I loved and value so much when dining out, especially when dining solo. I give them a 5 star because of the service and the food. Thank you for a lovely time, Simpatico staff! ❤️💜💕

The food is awful and overpriced! The restaurant and bathrooms are very dirty. The noise level is so loud you can’t hear anything. Marinos Anagnostopoulos was completely rude to me and the other women I was dining with after we turned down his advances. Even going as far as to call us fat! Lamb was dry and tasteless. This place is not fit for human consumption.

- did not bring us water until right before we paid the bill - waited for our food for over an hour - server said the food would come out in a bit but it ended up being another 40 min wait - the rice was hard, dry, undercooked and had no seasoning - the chicken was dry - no olive oil on the greek salad - had slice of green pepper and barely any onions or tomatoes, almost the entire salad was just cucumbers - did not even touch the chicken, and server did not ask about it
overall, would not recommend.

The food came out later than expected, which was a little disappointing at first, but once it arrived, it was absolutely worth the wait. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
The waitress was kind and attentive, which made the atmosphere feel welcoming. The place wasn’t crowded—in fact, it was on the emptier side—which made it quiet and relaxing, though it did feel just a touch too empty at times. Still, that gave it a calm vibe rather than a rushed or chaotic one.

Unfortunately, our recent visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We were a group of four and had to wait nearly an hour for our meals. When the food finally arrived, both the chicken souvlaki , kalamari and roast lamb were served cold and lukewarm. The chicken was undercooked, which was particularly concerning. Worse still, one of our friends didn’t even receive their food on time and had to wait significantly longer than the rest of us
Service was also lacking—there was no attentiveness from the staff. I had to go inside myself just to request salt and pepper.
When we politely offered feedback at the end about the service, the waiter responded in an unprofessional and rude manner, which was both surprising and disappointing.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Poor food quality, inadequate service, and a dismissive attitude toward customer made this a very unpleasant dining experience.

We had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold, and the chicken souvlaki was undercooked in several parts, raising serious concerns about food safety. The tzatziki did not taste fresh, and overall, the quality of the dishes was far below acceptable standards.
Additionally, the service was extremely poor. The staff were unprofessional and, at times, quite rude. To make matters worse, we waited nearly an hour for our order without any clear communication or apology.
This visit felt like a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and truly regret choosing to dine here.
