I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 10 years, and this was the first time I’ve ever been refused by a barista. I told them I wasn’t happy because there was too much ice in my drink and that I didn’t want it, but the barista said, “Sorry, we just follow the manual and standard. If you want another one, you have to pay again.” I was shocked. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me there was no manager. Then another staff member eventually made the drink, but I felt really upset. This experience makes me not want to go back again.

It looks nicer inside than the average Starbies, but there's less seating and I swear the drinks are slightly worse than average. Still, it's Starbies. It's fine. If you need to write an email while you drink a mid coffee on a cushioned seat somewhere with wifi, it's perfect.
