Moltan Reviews
Awsome food, great service, and love the vibe there! Highly recommend for dates nights and hang out!
Great experience here at Moltan, we came around opening time while the server was cleaning the windows and he kindly welcomed us in. We ordered the Deluxe Sashimi, White lava roll, and we were encouraged to try the Bluefin tuna sashimi. The sashimi was extremely fresh and the bluefin tuna was extraordinary! (must try) Almost as fresh if not fresher than the bluefin I tried in Japan! The presentation of each dish was so pretty we were hesitant to eat. The service exceeded my expectations,...read full review
Visiting from out of town -I went for lunch on a Monday around 1400 to have a break from the nearby space centre. Omg this restaurant is a Lovely, lovely place. I had the Uni pasta! Moltan is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Vancouver, offering a delightful dining experience. The food is consistently fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented, with a diverse menu. The friendly staff and intimate, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere create a gem-like environment, making it a must-try destination for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts. Customers often praise the generous portions. The restaurant can get busy with its low seat count and cramp quarters, so making a reservation is recommended. The staff is very friendly and attentive, sometimes offering complimentary yuzu tea and miso soup. Overall, the food is very delicious and authentic, and many visitors have described it as some of the best sushi they have ever tasted. The fish is the star, fresh and well cut, and the vibe really reminds of small bars in Tokyo or Osaka.
