Visiting from UK. Stopping with family who are not coffee drinkers so pleased to see this Starbucks on my doorstep. The staff are always so friendly and the coffee is great. Been my daily routine all week.

Biggest hypocrites i've ever seen in my life. They allow dogs when they feel like it and sometimes they kick you out. Might want to have some rule and apply it consistently because what you're doing is complete and utter BS. Either you allow dogs or you don't. Period. Is it that complicated??

I like this starbucks so I often visit here. I love everything except the air conditioning.
It wasnt even that hot today(only about 22 degrees) but the temperature this place is way too low. so my head was freezing cold and couldnt enjoy my time :(
It was same for the last summer. Too much air conditioning.
Other than that, the employees are nice and service is good.

The staff are very friendly , shout out to one of your staff forgot her name but she is a person of Color , even she is just by herself . She make sure she notice your presence even if she's by herself making coffee and working in the till.

All the time I come here, they smile at you, they say good morning, as other comments they write something, excellent customer service and great people! It makes my coffee, latte and muffin better! Should be replicate in other locations!!!

everytime i come here izabelle is always very happy and with a big smile. she is really passionate about her job. even when i was like really sad, she is always really serve professionally and spread happiness ,like td her drawings on the cup really cheer me up. really cute. 100 stars service ❤️

I always order the same drink, but only this Starbucks location gets it right! Every time I come here, they make it exactly how I like with the milkfoam on top. The location on Robson St might be too busy because my drink always turns out too liquidy there. Friendly staff, quick service, and quality drinks.😋

Idk why this location is so different, but my cup was 90% ice…..kinda completely unacceptable when I spent like $9 on this stupid drink….anywhere else I go does the APPROPRIATE amount….not the whole freaking cup…..don’t think I’ll be coming to this location again. Time and money wasted
