I usually grab my coffee from this Starbucks every day, but today’s experience was pretty disappointing. They were giving away Christmas Reusable Cups as a gift with a drink purchase. So, I went in early this morning, ordered a Tall Latte, expecting to get one of those cups. The person at the counter never mentioned any specific drink requirement to qualify for the cup — just handed me my coffee without a word about it. Meanwhile, I watched others before and after me get their cups without any issue.
When you walk in and are greeted by name, this isn’t the kind of experience you expect. Honestly, this has made me rethink my loyalty to Starbucks, and I’m seriously considering switching to local alternatives for my coffee instead.

I ordered 2 of seasonal drink but 1st drink is wrong and 2nd drink didn't reflect my request. the clerk didn't repeat my order so I couldn't notice it.
Today I became convinced that ordering online is more reliable.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location. The staff are incredibly friendly and always engage with customers in such a positive way. Every visit feels welcoming, and they truly make an effort to connect with everyone who walks in. If I could, I'd move in and drink their coffee all day and night, it's that good.
