I want to give a huge shout-out to one of the baristas at this Starbucks — his name is Luke (not sure if he’s the manager or not), but he honestly deserves to be. His customer service is on another level.
I’m very particular about my drinks, and he always takes the time to understand exactly what I like. His recommendations are spot on every single time. On the rare chance I don’t like something, he never hesitates to replace it or make something better. That kind of service is rare.
I’ve visited many Starbucks locations, but I’ve never come across a barista like him. I visit this branch almost every other day because it’s close to my workplace, and honestly, his service is a big reason I keep coming back. I wasn’t a big Starbucks fan before, but now I’m getting addicted — partly because of the drinks and partly because of how well he treats his customers.
Luke has genuinely improved my whole Starbucks experience. He absolutely deserves to be recognized.

The Starbucks team in Vancouver are world class, especially those at the Quebec St. location, and especially their manager Luke. Back when I could afford coffee every day, I'd pick up one for myself and one for my building concierge here on the regular . After losing employment, It's been a while since I'd been in, and I'd missed chatting with the staff as they make our orders in a friendly and warm atmosphere. I can't emphasize how much having a consistently welcoming spot to drop into means when you're going through a hard time. Thank you.

I'm a regular at this location. My usual orders have been consistent, except today. My brewed pike place coffee upon first sip was barely lukewarm, and with way too much cream and sugar compared to my requested order. Its obvious that the store was low on brewed coffee. Instead of brewing more, they overcompensated the add-ins, affecting taste and temperature. Please review quality control. Thank you

Some days are evenings , but the staff wants me to show the proof of purchase every time if I want to use the washrooms . That’s totally disgusting . Every Starbucks is following the same do you gonna charge for a piss as well as? Better do $1 for everyone who wants to use the restroom . That’s better way of a policy
