The staff here are some of the sweetest, kindest, most genuine people I've ever met. I would've never expected them to remember and welcome me by name after just one or two visits, but I always feel like I'm visiting family when I come here. Really appreciate every single one of them. <3

Ordered a venti drink (shaken espresso). Came in my Uber delivery with 1/4 of the cup missing. If you're going to charge that price, don't shortchange the end customer. It's insulting

Friendly service today! I came to try the Lavender Chill drink - they accommodated my request to make it with almond instead of the default oat milk. The drink was well-made and I enjoyed it (it was VERY strong on the lavender, which I liked, but the brand’s description of “subtle” floral notes is not really accurate).
Been to this location twice now… both times the service was exceptional. To the point I had to look at the name tags and remember them. Shoutout to Gigi and Dan. Gigi, thanks for making my girlfriend feel that much more special on her bday.

The server was really nice and friendly, and to be fair there was a big order ahead of me that was complicated which is why I'm giving a 3. However I waited almost 15 minutes for a regular dark roast drip coffee and they served 2 people who went after me. Service needs better work with prioritization, especially since it was an easy drink compared to a whiye mocha tha they served to the man 2 people behind me.
