I'm a regular at this location. My usual orders have been consistent, except today. My brewed pike place coffee upon first sip was barely lukewarm, and with way too much cream and sugar compared to my requested order. Its obvious that the store was low on brewed coffee. Instead of brewing more, they overcompensated the add-ins, affecting taste and temperature. Please review quality control. Thank you

Some days are evenings , but the staff wants me to show the proof of purchase every time if I want to use the washrooms . That’s totally disgusting . Every Starbucks is following the same do you gonna charge for a piss as well as? Better do $1 for everyone who wants to use the restroom . That’s better way of a policy

Hands down the best Starbucks! The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. They make the best caramel macchiato I’ve ever had—something about this location makes it extra special. They messed up my orders 3 times including this. I always order the same drink which is Shaken expresso with 2% regular milk and cream cold cold foam on top. But today I have sore throat so I can’t drink cold ; I told them can I get the same drink but make it hot pls. Then they started to don’t understand anymore. They asked so many questions like so u want hot latte? Hot Americano ? They just don’t understand the simple thing. Bad service ever.
