I really love this location, but I had an unfortunate experience on Saturday, September 20th. After having coffee with a friend in the evening, I used the washroom (the second one from the left). The washroom was extremely small, and as I was leaving, my knee got stuck between the toilet and the door. It was very painful, and when I got home, I discovered a large bruise. I think this is something the management should address, as it could cause injuries to other customers too.Thanks.

I had very bad experience, i order online iced matcha with coconut milk.
It was showing your order is ready to pickup, when i go there, it was not ready.
And i not get same drink which I ordered, it doesn’t has coconut milk, she gave me wrong tea. Mine was other.

Every time I go, they either bring out my order very late or forget it. The orders of those who came after me are already out. I have to cancel it every time. On top of that, the employees ignore my anger instead of making up for the their mistakes.!

I am a loyal Starbucks customer and have always thought their service was great, but this store really disappointed me. Today, I didn’t order coffee,but I was just in the area, and my son really needed to use the restroom. However, the staff told him that he needed to buy a drink before he could use it. They even suggested that he go to the restroom across the street. My child is only 10 years old, and I am extremely disappointed! Requiring a young child to purchase a drink just to use the restroom is something I have never encountered before in Canada!

Seriously. The lowest Starbucks ever!! Plus I asked for a flat white 2 honey, they usually do the honey but for some reason she didn’t. Plus my coffee is not filled to top? Plus I said no foam? the flip? So unacceptable when you’re paying $6!!??
