I have been coming here every day for the past 3 years. Today, I came in to grab my coffee and was treated extremely poorly. I asked for a stopper for my coffee, as I usually do, and Melanie rudely told me she couldn't give me one. After I asked her again, she started shouting at me. I managed to get one, but they took it from my hand. I will not be coming back to this location. This is the worst service I have ever experienced; it has ruined my experience. I will be filing a complaint with the head office. Avoid this location at all costs.

I couldn't park so I got takeout, but it was a place that made me feel like I wanted to stay. The kids loved it too. The coffee was the same as I always drink, no problem, and it was very quick and friendly. 😀
Kid-friendliness: There was a menu that kids liked. If your child starts eating chocolate, they will be able to try a variety of menu items.

I’ve visited this location many times and have always had a consistently great experience. The staff is respectful, helpful, and friendly every time. My orders are consistently accurate and always hit the spot. There’s a good amount of seating available, but it can get quite busy at times.

The staff is friendly, however, this has to be the slowest starbucks I've ever been to. Even if you order ahead, you can end up waiting over 20 minutes for your order. My advice is: if you're in a rush, do not come here. Other than that, it's just a normal starbucks. No other complaints.

My absolute favourite Starbucks to come to! All the staff are super kind, thoughtful and efficient! They are so fast and always get your order done quickly, and they always remember my regular order which is impressive. The drinks always taste delicious as well. Was Greek day and total bedlam. My 12 year old and his friend confidently ordered caramel frappucino's no caffeine. They exited like grown men so proud of their drinks until they took a sip. They tasted wrong and not at all what they had last time, where weee the caramel chunks? Why did adults like coffee, it's just so gross. Turns out what they'd ordered last time were caramel ribbons no coffee. Yes, I felt like I was in a Starbucks parody ? Luckily the staff were kind enough to re make them despite it being entirely their fault and them having about 100 other orders. You were great today AND taught two young future coffee drinkers the difference between frappucino and ribbon as well as no caffeine versus no coffee. Thanks!

Went into this location recently, and was greeted by Juan, he was incredibly patient and answered questions we had about the new menu items (spicy refreshers), provided an honest opinion and even encouraged feedback with one of the drinks we ordered to ensure we enjoyed it before leaving. As a former managerial partner of Starbucks he went above and beyond connecting with us from start to finish! This location is lucky to have him! Amazing work Juan, you’re destined for great things!
