Thanks karizia (sp?) for pouring >90s expired shots into my macchiato on Nov 6, 2024 at 5:15PM. Under filling my steamed milk because your steaming jug was empty, and the half hearted caramel drizzle. Paid over $6 for this high mark up drink. Incredible margins yet the company has been hemorrhaging for the last few years in North America.

The staff here throw a lot of recyclables in the garbage. For example, the foil bags for store-use espresso here...
