I am here every weekend to get some tea and sides. I love the food but the service I receive is the worst. Most of the time I am served with a guy named BHARATH who never gives even a tiny smiling gesture and is always looking very rude. I work at customer service and we have to be nice to our customers. Been going here for multiple years on and off. Pardon my spelling if it's incorrect but Bharath always gives excellent customer service and remembers my name. He has a fantastic attitude and is one of the reasons I stop here.

This lady took my order and there are few of us waiting for our order. She did not even say or announce that it is my cinnamon twist that she put on the table. The lady before me took it and brought it to her table. She realized it's not hers and went back at the front. This cashier handed it to me and I said I want a new one because someone else already touch it. She said "she just touched the bag". How will she know?!!! She was unhappy to give me a new one.
