I am here every weekend to get some tea and sides. I love the food but the service I receive is the worst. Most of the time I am served with a guy named BHARATH who never gives even a tiny smiling gesture and is always looking very rude. I work at customer service and we have to be nice to our customers. However he always rushes my order and makes faces if i do some slighest change in my order. Today, I ordered potato wedges and I asked girl named “Cindy” to put in longer i wanted it well done. She was making fun of this with her coworkers making me feel very disgusting.Just by changing their behaviour towards customers could make you guys do a lot of revenue and some good regular customers. everyone should be treated nicely.

Butter Fly

This lady took my order and there are few of us waiting for our order. She did not even say or announce that it is my cinnamon twist that she put on the table. The lady before me took it and brought it to her table. She realized it's not hers and went back at the front. This cashier handed it to me and I said I want a new one because someone else already touch it. She said "she just touched the bag". How will she know?!!! She was unhappy to give me a new one. I went on to watch her and she just put the old one back in the donut case for sale. ? There are 3 ladies working at this time and a woman with a bit of english came in to order for her drink. One lady is really sweet and patient with her. Unfortunately the lady who originally helped me (girl in the photos) was laughing at them. Disgusting! These 3 employees are now living and working here in Canada, you should speak in English while working you know! Respect to the customers. All the was just are chatting and no one even dared clean the tables and checked on the garbage while there is no one at the line up.

Hi I hope this issue brings up to your upmost attention. I am regular customer spending around 10$ to 15$ everyday on my breakfast. And i am coming to your business from last 3 years but today for the first time I asked your employee that can I use the washroom and when I was using it one of you employee literally just opened the washroom door right away after first knock. Like why are you even knocking the door when you not gonna hear or wait for the person to respond that “I am inside” which I said twice but still she opened it. And when I came out to tell her that it was very disrespectful that she opened the door right away, instead of saying sorry she was like maybe you didn’t heard the knock and went away and started working ignoring me completely “like seriously”. Please teach your employees to respect the customer and please change your washroom door locks or teach you employees how to communicate between each other while working.Time: 10:10am-10:20amDate: 19 January, Friday

the workers in the 5am shift was extremely slow… mind you i’m the only person on the line and i was ther 10 mins early so i won’t be missing my transit but because of the service i have to wait in the cold for 15 mins again OFCOURSE I MISSED MY TRANSIT!!! because the workers are just chitchatting with their friends..
