Great team, friendly, chatty and fun. Thank you for the smile and customer service.

This place is consistently one of the slowest Starbucks to push items out. My mobile orders are constantly completed long after the estimated pickup times. The staff, while kind, have a frustrating lack of urgency during peak times and make no effort to even slightly expedite the process. Efficiency needs to be improved here.

Ordered and paid for an extra shot latte. Instead of 3 shots received 1 shot.
Bad review: I ordered an venti oat latte and paid the same money, and I gave a tip too, but I got a Grande, After my inquiry, the waiter only changed a cup, the capacity is completely insufficient.

25 cents for the water? First starbucks location ever to charge me for tap water. Cannot believe it.

I don't know how they do it, but the staff members no matter who it is, are ALWAYS so friendly!

Poor service, focusing on the “corporation” instead of customer needs. Will not be returning due to my interaction with Oriel.

This is my favourite Starbucks on UBC campus! Not only is the staff always friendly and accommodating, they make the best drinks every single time (and when a mistake is rarely made, they always fix it super quickly!). They also don’t charge for no ice (unlike other Starbucks on campus) and offer plastic straws (both big wins for me!). Everyone that works here deserves a raise!!
Dietary restrictions: They offer alternative milk options like oat and almond for those with dairy allergies.

Drip coffee used to be $3 max, starbucks is now using rip off strategy to help their numbers, random added numbers like “other” aside, default tip Amount is 22% and lowest in 20%. Sometimes youLook up to a cup of coffee but then you have to go through a whole financial scheme
