Starbucks is awesome! Their coffee tastes so good, and the pastries are super yummy. The vibe is cozy, and it’s fun to hang out there. Kind, but worth it!

The atmosphere is lively, and outside you can hear the crisp sounds of the water fountain. It's a nice place to go to study once in a while.

I ordered the Pecan Oat latte for the first time but the drink tasted mostly like milk (nothing like coffee). I told the Barista (Tombo) that I usually get the brown sugar shaken oat which has two shots. She explained that all tall sized lattes are one shot of espresso but she graciously added another shot for me. I now know to order a double shot with any tall drinks in the future. Exceptional service!

I ordered a kids drink and was charged for an adult tall, they also didn’t put my order through . The barista did not offer an apology or any explanation as to why the kids drink was the same price or any remediation , just a blank stare as I paid for my second drink that she did not ring through. Bummer

I had really bad periods cramps. I ordered hot chocolate. While i was drinking, my drink got cold. I asked the staff to warm my drink. But one staff maybe named Hailey made me a new drink. Thank you for much for that Hailey and other staff for great service.

I used to come here often years ago but because I moved to the kingsway area, I rarely visited here. Recently, I moved back to this neighborhood, so I started to come here more often.

To be honest, not every visit was pleasant. Sometimes, my coffee misses something, or it is too loud to even have conversation with friends (not starbucks' fault). However, my today's visit was pleasant! because of the guy with black beanie. I noticed that he is friendly to every customer and very accommodating.

Wasteful. I always order “for here” so as not to waste a cup and in this place they have never once gotten it right. They don’t seem to care. They seem to love to make garbage. Starbucks is always bad but this is worse than usual. I wouldn’t go but occasionally it’s the only option.

Used to come here regularly for my morning coffee however much prefer the community coffee roasters now, Starbucks drinks seem overly sweet and lack substance. However the employees here provide excellent service. Great acknowledgement, will know you by name and is prompt and efficient.
