Great experience at the Starbucks in Broadway Tech Centre! The staff were fast, polite, and very efficient, even during busy hours. My order was prepared quickly and with a smile. Clean location and friendly service, definitely a go-to spot.

I had an issue with a drink that caused stomach pain, I don’t know what happened but I usually had similar coffee, and when I spoke to Joseph about it, he handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. He listened patiently to my concerns, took them seriously, and acted immediately to help resolve the problem. He processed a refund right away and made me feel heard and supported.

Joseph’s kindness and quick response truly turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you, Joseph, for your excellent customer service — it made a big difference.

I placed a mobile order at this Starbucks when it wasn’t even busy, but it took almost 20 minutes just to get a simple coffee. Everyone who ordered in person after me received their drinks within a few minutes. When I asked the barista about it, he said the new system didn’t show my order as “red,” so he kept serving others first. He was also quite rude when I tried to explain the situation. Very disappointing experience — mobile orders should be prioritized fairly like walk-in customers.

The interior is modern, and there is a patio section outside with seating. Staff are friendly and professional, I also like the variety of drinks and food items available.

Not welcoming at all.One staff not so accommodating and doesn’t know how to treat customer the way it has to be. Lack of customer service training. Or she probably like that ever since. Starbucks Canada way is more way better than this branch!

Placed an order this morning, i was quite late for my school so i decided to take my drink while on my break. Reached there after an hour and half till that they might dump it or whatever but kasandra helped me out in that and made my drink. She was quite okay. Thanks.
