Were waiting for our drinks for 10 more minutes than the app showed they will be ready at. Went up to the barista to inquire and she wasn’t very polite with her tone and said they are still working on it. To be honest, it felt like she just forgot about the drinks while making them and only resumed when I went to inquire.
The Asian male cashier at this store is especially nice. He’s always happy to answer my questions, and when my drink turns out a bit too sweet for my taste, they’re kind enough to add some extra base for me.
I really enjoy coming here —chat with them when not busy. it’s close to my home, the selection of gift cups and cakes is great, and the overall experience is always pleasant. I really like this store.

Poor customer service by the lady behind the counter on Sunday night.
I like starbucks and their drinks, and this location is the closest one to me so I go often, but the service and atmosphere here is just terrible. Multiple times I have stood in line and been ignored for minutes. I understand that it can be busy, and had anyone just said hi I'll be right with you I wouldn't have minded waiting. But oftentimes I'm just awkwardly standing in line with multiple people looking at me and not saying a single word. Also, they always have the air conditioning on to the point where even if I'm wearing a jacket, I cannot stay more than an hour without freezing. They were also blasting very loud weird christmas (?) music today with a heavy base and instrumentals to the point where I had my sound proof headphones on and still could not concentrate with their loud music. I assume with their free refill offers that you would want people to stay in the store and study, work, or just chat, but this atmosphere makes it impossible.

Okay so this was around 7:40 am on November 13, 2025… and the manager is so ignorant 💔
So I was talking with my friends when I started choking and threw up on the floor. One of the workers who my father was friend with named Pat (who honestly should be the manager instead of this lady other who’s in charge), told me to go to the bathroom and asked if I was okay when I came out. But this other lady was so damn rude. She came up to me and was like “Y’know I taught my kids to throw up in the toilet when they were like 3. Cause yknow, it flushes.” Now, I get it’s not the most fun to deal with vomit, but talking to a customer like that?? My boss would loose it if I talked to a customer like that in my place of work but this lady I later found out, was the MANAGER. Starbucks needs better management than people who don’t know what good customer service is.
My mother called the location and she literally blamed it on my friends for not caring about me when this woman was literally telling them to take me home TWICE. My friends wanted to make sure I was okay first, but I swear this woman couldn’t care less.
The shift supervisor in the morning doesn't know how to smile and talk. The way he is responding to the questions is very rude with a louder tone. Its early in the morning I can understand but he is already here to do the job so that shouldn't be the excuse for being rude. He is not even looking at me when Im asking something.
I know the job is not easy but at the end of the day when you are at work respect the customers..

Poor customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Two of the Asian ladies were very ignorant, I waited 5mins and no one acknowledged me or gave eye contact or even ask if I was waiting for anything as they should. I gave them time cause I understand it gets busy. One of the worker snapped at me for taking MY online order. Eventually I’ve got ahold of the manager who was polite and understanding and apologized to me.
Also I’ve had another incident at this Starbucks specifically. I was with my fiancé in the drive through looking at the menu for a couple mins, but he refused to take our order because apparently we took too long? The attitude was abit too much. And the lineup was very minimal.

This starbucks is usually fine, but I came in during my lunch break on August 23 and had a subpar experience. I sat down and placed an order on my phone so I wouldn’t have to speak to anyone; this wasn’t the issue. When my drink was ready, it was the wrong size (again not an issue I just wanted the size I paid for). Upon pointing out the mistake to the barista, she said she would re make it for me, only to be given a drink half filled with chocolate milk and half with the smaller size frappuccino. Because of this, my mocha frappuccino tasted like straight chocolate
milk and was entirely melted because it was half liquid. The barista had short hair with bangs and glasses and seemed like it was such a bother when I asked for the size I ordered. I understand service workers are busy and not paid great, but I would expect to receive what I ordered.

Updating my review as they've since renovated this location and I've had no problems with order mix ups in at least 3+ years. Lovely staff and atmosphere, solid location.

The staff work hard at making sure you're satisfied with your order. However the atmosphere of the place leaves much to be desired. Between the loud conversations and the annoying music choices blaring from their sound system, it's like sitting in a cacophonous echo chamber. It's unfortunately not much better on their outside terrace which seems to attract what one might describe as street people types who despite a no smoking policy do so anyway, apparently with a Starbucks seal of approval, as staff never step in to intervene. There have been several occasions when I've had to leave without finishing my order because the atmosphere was so disagreeable and unmanageable.
