I went to get a Grande Pike Coffee and I'm standing in the line up for approximately 6-7 minutes with 4 customers ahead and I order my drink and I get in return... Oh our Debit & Credit system is down! There is no signage anywhere, I don't carry cash, couldn't pay for it, walked away. 3 people behind the counter and not one could quickly make announcement and make a sign so customers don't waste their time or breaks standing in line for nothing.

The only complaint is the inconsistency between workers when making drinks. Unfortunately to get what’s wanted customers need to watch the workers make the drinks or they will be different every time. Every single drink should be made exactly the same. Even drip coffee, “one milk” to one worker equal half a cup of milk, and to another just a splash.Test your workers knowledge and consistency often:)

This location always closes before posted time. Went there on a Saturday and it was closed before 5pm. This was not the first time as well. Please update your operation hours.

This is the Starbucks in the Safeway. Unfortunately they're consistently out of most of their hot breakfast items. Not because they're sold out, but because they're too lazy to order them. Today I asked for a Beyond Meat Sandwich, and the cashier was looking around. I then heard the barista say she forgot to order them. Really? Absolutely pathetic when it seems they also forgot to order 90% of the other items offered on the breakfast menu. Another disappointment? They now no longer sell bottled water or bottled juice.

I ordered oat caramel macchiatto from a guy, told him I'm lactose intolerant and gave me milk. They also seem very unhappy to be giving glares and I don't care attitude.

The employees are always in a bad mood, the store never follows the opening hours and the benefits of the starbucks rewards are off in the store.

The barista really accommodating. I just asked whether its possible to use dark roast beans type in my Americano, he said thats only for espresso. But then he just custom - drink that on the spot for me.Very kind young man. Thanks.

Service is adequate but takes longer than usual, and basic drinks I get regularly were made incorrectly here on about 5 separate visits in a row with different workers each time (ex: drink remade 3 times in one visit, and still didn't taste right). Okay if you're in a pinch but I'd recommend other cafes nearby.

Seems like a training store or something. Always incredibly slow and understaffed.

I went to get coffee at 7am this morning, and when i asked the barista for extra soy milk in my coffee, she was giving me a hard time as if i was asking such a ridiculous thing. she then pours me a shot of coffee and asks me if that’s enough and the rest milk?? like ma’am, i asked for extra milk not a cup of milk with a shot of coffee. she then proceeded to tell me that the manger would charge me extra for extra milk? she just made a simple request more complicated than it needed to be. Never had this problem at other locations lol
