Is this Starbucks coffee? This store has the worst service I’ve experienced in years. First, I was given half a cup of a drink. When I asked why, she impatiently said it was because I requested “light ice.” However, it wasn’t light ice—it was half ice. Additionally, while making the drink, she kept asking the girl next to her how to prepare it, and when I asked her a question, she complained to that girl. As for the other drink, a hot chocolate, she poured in cold milk first, then added concentrated hot chocolate. The result was a lukewarm drink with a very grainy texture.

The staff at Starbucks greets you warmly and respectfully, making a genuine effort to ensure that your orders are prepared promptly while always prioritizing quality. You can feel their dedication as they hustle behind the counter, crafting each drink to perfection. The menu features a wide array of beverages, including rich, aromatic coffees and vibrant, refreshing teas, as well as a delightful selection of pastries and snacks. Each visit provides an opportunity to explore new flavors and enjoy your favorite treats in a cozy atmosphere.
Please note that there is no indoor seating, but on the bright side, they have portable gas heaters available for outdoor seating.

Standard Starbucks. Very busy in the morning but was quick to get coffee. No inside seats just outside the front. Lots of morning traffic as people made their way to the and from the cruse ships.

On August 7, I was going up the escalator at Waterfront Skytrain Station. I tripped and fell up the escalator. My legs were bruised and bleeding, I went into Blenz coffee shop and asked if they had band aids they said they didn’t have any. Really……….
I went to Starbucks at Pan Pacific they were more than willing to help me. She got out their huge first aid kit and she cleaned up my legs and put the band aids on. Then she gave wipes and band aids incase I needed them.
I was just asking for band aids but I got very well taken care of. I wish I had gotten her name. Thanks so much Starbucks employee. ???????????????
Fast y great.

I went there for my birthday to find out if I could get a free drink if I have the UK Starbucks app. The girl at the checkout (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was very kind and tried to help, but unfortunately, in order to get a drink, you need to have the Canadian Starbucks app. After I paid for a small iced coffee, she suggested upgrade it to a large one since I could not download the Canadian Starbucks app. For which I thank her so much, it made my day and gave me hope that everything is not so lost with Starbucks, because usually i have a disappointed experience in Starbucks (I also worked at Starbucks in UK). Thank you so much!!! I will definitely come back to this location.

Worst Starbucks I have been to ever!! Wanted two iced venti matcha latte and ordered light ice. I paid almost 15 Canadian dollars. The reason why I ordered light ice was that otherwise it tastes really watery when the ice melts. Now I saw that my Barista Marcus put in 1/3 of water before adding the ice. When I tasted my drink I gave the feedback tgst my drink tasted very watery and I don't like it. Marcus said "that is because you ordered light ice". So I asked if I could get it redone with milk instead of water as replacment. The reply was "no, that is starbucks policy!" What a rip off and how rude! I actually went back into the place to ask for the guys name. What happend to the policy "if you don't like it, we redo your drink?". Starbucks definitely just lost a very longstanding fan thanks to Marcus and his adherence to the new starbucks policy. The only great thing about the view outside, right beside (can't see it from the outdoor seating og the starbucks though).

Applallimg. Since when does Starbucks not accept American money. Given the location, with thousands of American tourists taking cruises, you would think a business like Starbucks would accept American money. I was forced to either pay with a credit card for an 11 dollar order or leave with nothing. Taking my business elsewhere!
