The worst drink I'd ever had. I've already given them several tries because of the convenient location next to the skytrain, but they're having trouble with the sweetener. Looks like the staff dislikes syrup or sugar; my drinks are always so light that no sugar is added, even when I want a matcha latte or hot chocolate. The service is friendly, however the drinks take a long time to make.

Terrible experience here a week ago. Three employees working and no customers in the store when I arrived. No greeting of any sort as their conversation continued for several minutes. I asked about their tea selection and was pointed to the back of the store as they continued chatting. My order was taken as well as my payment although I asked for help with my app, they didn't seem able to or willing. As I waited for my drink, they continued talking as if I wasn't there and after my drink was delivered I left. Absolutely would not return to this location under any circumstances.

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the rude behavior of the staff. Despite having enough employees on shift, they were unhelpful and lacked basic politeness. They definitely need more training in customer service.

They do not greet you but just stand there awkwardly waiting for you to start talking. They’re quite unprofessional and are standing there talking to each other or on their phones most of the time. I think if this place wasn’t in such a convenient location, it wouldn’t get repeat customers

staffs are so helpful and friendly, highly recommend. One of the better starbucks in the area and the wait was not long. Special thanks to the barista named Day and another Asian lady I did not get the name for being so kind and accommodating.

A nice location inside Safeway, and it feels like a stand-alone cafe. Lots of seating, too.
I went today at about 12pm. The guy ignored me and i got called off by a rude old Korean lady for not being in line when she was 1m away from the till.
