Lex is one of the best customer service and best server I have met during my lifetime out of trying so many coffee shops and Starbucks. She understood, explained me also gave me an overview of how product will smell or taste. Her recommendation definitely made my evening better.

Ordered a doppio espresso on mobile at 12:40pm on a Monday. I stood there and waited 15 minutes as all the guests who walked in after me ordered and received their drinks first. It wasn’t until I asked about it that they started making it. Waiting 15 minutes for a double espresso is ridiculous. Staff blamed the Starbucks system which claims to prioritize orders placed in store. Absolutely ridiculous.

This Starbucks location's employees are very slow and always nonchalant. We ordered 2 drinks in one online order but the drinks came 10 min apart. Do not separate our drinks if they were submitted in the same order - it's messing up our time and plan to enjoy drinks together and not 10 min apart.
