This Subway location has always been the best and is far superior to its competitors. Having a sandwich here today brought back great memories from my youth. The service was absolutely exceptional—friendly, fast, and welcoming. There is convenient free parking in the rear, which makes visiting easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Veggie Delite from this Subway for $12.29 plus $2.49 for one scoop of avocado. I can get the exact same sandwich at other Subway locations for $9.49 and only $1.50 for the avocado scoop. The price difference is ridiculous. Never coming here again.

Food not fresh when I asked if I could have a fresh batch of veggies she said they just took it out and gave us attitude. Wouldn’t come back plus it’s like 5% more expensive than regular subway

While I have no issues with staff or cleanliness I will never go back to this location because the price of their sandwich is substantially higher that other locations. A chicken sandwich with bacon is 20.00 but Cambie or Fraser it’s 15.00 or 16.00. I get that different locations pay different rent but I honestly feel like with so many restaurants to choose from, hiking up your sandwich seems crazy. What happened to consistency in A franchise? There’s a reason why this subway seems perpetually empty and why I will never go back.

I recently visited Subway and was disappointed when they didn't accommodate my request for a free bottle of Pepsi due to their soda machine's flavoring issue. When I asked the staff to fix the machine or provide a complimentary drink, they declined. I'd suggest Subway staff consider offering alternatives or discounts when technical issues arise to improve customer satisfaction.Also the tomato's we're green
