Ordered via Subway app, got confirmation, but the store was closed when I arrived. Paid in advance and received nothing. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Too expensive, higher prices than all the others. Got charged $6.00 more than any other location for the same thing ordered. Talk about being ripped off. Will be contacting their head office regarding this. Not the first time this has happened

Food is your expected typical subway sandwich. I understand inflation, but 11.5$ for just a 6-inch is crazy nowadays. Anyways, when I came through the door there was a girl standing there waiting for me to ask my order. However, she looks very uninterested and tired, didn’t ask what I wanted, looked away to the side waiting for me to say my order. Made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed or supposed to be here. The floor is dirty with scattered leaves.

The worst Subway branch I've ever seen. Ingredients were unhygienic and fruit flies flying around. The employee was rude and I assume many customers likely walked out as they found it's really messy.
Edit: Now I just noticed she made me pay $4 more than what I ordered($21 for a footlong rotisserie chicken double meat).

Order from the app if you can, this location charges $17.19 for a Canuck Classic footlong when the app is $12.69. Every other item is marked up a lot for no reason while being cheap on veggies.

Very bad service, not friendly with children. They asked for a toilet, they talked so much about the need to buy something... Of course I will buy something, but not in this place. Not recommendations, not friendly... I would have understood if they had said this to me when I was alone, without children. The child asked for the toilet and there was a big drama... I felt like I wasn’t in Canada

I order the same thing at every subway I go to. My jaw dropped when my order, a 12” Italian BMT with avocado & SunChips came to $23, about $9 more than any other subway I’ve ever been to.

Went to order a Sub. Noticed it's drastically higher like $3+ More so I decided to order it from further away on Cambie and Save the $3+
I've been here in the past and seen the high prices compared to the one just down on Fraser. Save your money and go to another Subway. Guaranteed to be cheaper!

Had a horrid experience. Something is wrong with this subway food quality. It's almost like the person doesnt know how the sub is made. It tastes weird. The stuffing was so less that we felt that we were eating bread with sauces.
