This is the worst subway ever and I go to alot of the subway locations . Staff had such a bad attitude, barely put anything on for vegies and when I asked for more she slapped on very little . The bun was so stale and old . Wish I walked out before I paid ,no bathroom to wash my hands before eating . This place should not be open it puts a bad name on subway ,I will not ever go there again and not let anyone I know go there either. Worst ever ,please dont go to that location . Believe me!!!!!!!!!! Took sub out wouldn't sit in there if they paid me .

Terrible customer service, They want you to Pay and tip before They even make your sandwich. Very stingy with the vegetables Which doesn’t make any sense because they’re free. Overall, very Unpleasant experience, A lot of the reviews at this location really reflects on the manager or whoever is hiring all these rude Customer service workers. Please do better.

Rude employees here. Don’t ask questions they just put stuff on your sandwich. She put a random cheese on my sandwich I didn’t ask for and also toasted it without me asking. She then proceeded to make me pay for the sandwich before I finished saying what I wanted on it. I don’t know why or how that works. Just overall rude and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Also told us to be quiet while we were in there but had been talking at that same volume for 20 mins and never got told anything.

Worst subway ive ever been to lack of customer service and no care at all the place stinks people passed out in the place old nasty toppings dont change gloves after handling money to go right back to making your over priced old food like why even wear gloves

Little girl doesn’t know how to speak with customers and hard to pick up whatever she says, charged me more then what menu says and tried the sell me the cookie that I already bought, didn’t give me my cookie.

I wish I could give them zero star.I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location today at around 2 pm . girl who served me was very rude and unfriendly — no greeting, no smile, and no “thank you.” When I asked for another scoop of rice, it was undercooked, and the staff didn’t seem to know the proper portion size.On top of that, I was only given one napkin, and even when I politely asked for more, they handed me just one extra. The overall attitude felt careless and unprofessional. I really hope the management trains their staff to be more polite and attentive to customers.

This Subway is terrible is several ways:
1. The employee puts zero effort in providing any customer service and looks mad and annoyed all the time. Very rude. What a horrorble attitude to have, like she hates her clients.
2. I find it odd that compared to other Subways I paid a little more for combos. I think this location upcharges for the drinks and cookies, I don't know.
3. I tried to get swindled by their employee (same one). When I paid cash she short-changed me $0.80. I caught it and didn't let it slide. She didn't even apologize, she knew she had been caught.
4. It is dirty and the furniture and upholstery are in very bad shape.

I won't be giving this location my money again. The owners clearly don't care. Terrible.

I never write reviews but this one I had to. I have been to many subways and this is the first one that’s treated me poorly. Staff very rude. Staff only gave 2 pieces of napkin for a foot long sandwich. Very stingy without the meat and vegetables. I asked for half of my sandwich to be toasted and they wanted to charge me for 2 6inch, unreal. People of colour don’t get treated well at this store.

I don’t recommend this location at all.

No access to bathroom, sofa machine has been out of service for awhile, staff was rude not letting us use the bathroom after purchasing food. Tables were also not cleaned!! Never again!!
