I just visited the store and wanted to have a delicious Subway. But the girl working in the closing wanted to close the store early than the google closing time 10:30 pm. And decided to close the store early than expected. When confronted about store timing, she mentioned it’s wrong timing on google. It was disappointing to see the customer service at such a renowned franchise!

However, posting time of my review says store closing soon, but its already closed!
Hooe to see it improving it in the near future!

i went to this Subway and saw a sign that said if i buy a $30 gift card I would receive a $5 voucher with it which can be redeemed today. Before purchasing, I even confirmed with the staff that the promotion was valid. But after I paid, he told me, “Oh, the deal isn’t working today.”
I didn’t receive the $5 voucher or a proper receipt for the gift card. The employee pulled out 3–4 receipts and only gave me the receipt of the sandwich not the gift card. This felt very unprofessional and misleading.

Multiple sandwiches were toasted at the same time in the same oven - so the sandwiches were not warm. I think they are supposed to be toasted 1 at a time and not all at once?

Usually when we have gone, we have had an extremely nice, happy, helpful man. Today, we had the worst service ever from a girl we've never seen before (we don't go that often). I used the washroom while my husband ordered his food, then when I came back I was ready to order mine. She looked at me, sighed and said you want to order too? I said yes. She sighed again and rolled her eyes and made me pay for my husband's order before starting mine. I'm sure she didn't put enough meat on my sandwich, barely any lettuce. I didn't ask for onions, yet they were on there and I had to ask her to take them off. She was not happy about that. Then when we asked for a bag, she again rolled her eyes and sighed heavily. If I see her there, I will not order while she is working. Extremely rude. Otherwise, safe bet, if it's a man, he's got amazing customer service and we genuinely like ordering from him.

Ordered online through the app, and through an error, I was overcharged by quite a bit. I tried to cancel it or request a cancelation or refund of the order immediately, but no recourse exists for that online. I tried to get the person working there to help, and the manager (owner?) that they called was frustrated that anyone was even asking for help. He told me to contact the non-existent service phone number for the app instead of bothering him, and he offered me nothing.

It's good to know when I need help, there's no one there.

I stopped by this Subway location and ordered a bowl, and I was genuinely impressed. FREYA was welcoming and prepared my order with care. All the veggies were crisp, colorful, and fresh. FREYA was quite helpful and served with speed and efficiency.
Highly recommend being served by FREYA if you’re at this location.

Take too much time, we ordered through mobile even before reaching the restaurant still had to wait for another 15 mints and they also had no Canadian cheddar cheese spoiled are mood totally,

Very bad customer service. I asked the employee if i can get my footlong sandwich to pack it separately, he literally handed over the paper to me and said do it yourself. Not coming back here again. Please ask your employee to show some respect to customers

We had a brilliant experience at this location. Tanvir was here to attend and serve the customers. She was super patient and polite while making our order. Cleanliness was up to the mark. I must say this location is gonna be one of my best subway locations.

The food prep station was dirty
The ingredients looked old and bad (the lettuce was brown, orange cheddar cheese was dark and hard around the edge, so ordered white cheddar)

I ate the first half and two bites into the second half and it tasted sour, I thought maybe it was bc I just had a drink of my iced tea, tried another bite and yuck. Had to spit it out. I had a look and the bacon looked bad :( Immediately I called the store to make them aware and the fella on the other end was defensive immediately and was sure his ingredients were fresh. I told him “Look I’m phoning to let you know your food (bacon) is bad, rotten and by the looks of it your lettuce was bad too (hence the reason I didn’t order lettuce).

I will NEVER eat at this location ever again. I will pay closer attention if I ever eat subway again. I hope I dont get sick. Be careful if you choose to eat here. 🤢

That new employee very cheap I told her put 3 paces of tomato she put 2 and charged me extra 1$ for nothing and the green paper was old I told her to change it
