I ordered a footlong sausage and egg sandwich this morning, and the employee only put one egg and one sausage for a FOOTLONG!! Never had this happen and she said oh this is how we make this sandwich now… honestly the price of this sandwich and only giving half the ingredients now you’re better off going down the block to Safeway getting the same sandwich for 7.99 and waaaay more fresher ingredients. Ingredients here were soggy and old looking. I will not be coming back to this subway again. I get inflation but the same ingredients as a 6 inch is crazy…. I got this same sandwich at another subway 2 days ago and she used two eggs and two sausages…

I placed an online order for pickup, but there was no cheese, the extra veggies I ordered were missing, and there was no sauce. I’ve never seen Italian bread this burnt before. It was even missing white paper inside of wrapper. This is the worst Subway I’ve tried, and it’s hard to imagine a Subway like this surviving in Vancouver. They are so cheap. Hope people Never go this place.

Came during lunch time, only ONE guy was working and the lineup was out the door. My friend and I waited 25 minutes. This is way too long to wait.

You need to have two people on between the hours of 11 and 2

Came here on Saturday afternoon for lunch with my family, to what I was hoping would be a quick relaxing lunch before we started our day. Never did I think I would be waiting half an hour for a footlong sub! I don't blame the girl who was working, as she was overworked, and working extremely hard. I blame the management and owner of this location for only assigning one person to run the entire restaurant. This understaffing will lead to six permanently lost customers from this location. I suggest the owner of this location look long and hard about short-term savings vs long-term losses. My family, friends, and associates will not be returning to this location ever again.

love this subway location ! the staff is always so patient and kind! simranjit was so helpful yesterday when there was a mix up with a pick up order i had placed, she handled everything so well and gave such great customer service! :)

Didn’t have option to give less star than 1, service is so bad. Food is okay but don’t ever ask for extra veggies on your Sub otherwise will have a bad day for sure. Their manager “boy” is saving really good money on veggies and loosing customers as well. I bought sub and he said can’t add more veggies than 4 ??‍♂️ , never heard this term before, and said they won’t add from next time. If owner is reading this review, shoutout for your Manager “ he’s really good on saving food cost “ doesn’t know how to make customer come again. Really good business Manager you got. Yesterday same this i saw by myself happened with another guy as well, he’s doing this almost with everyone. I won’t go there anymore. Better to be hungry than eating a “bad vibe Food”

Owner operator in a very bad mood. I asked to have whole wheat bread he says my order say Italian. I explained it's my 1st time to use the app and order subway. I had to ask for veggies on my order or else he won't give me any. Only 1 customer in the shop. I won't return. Very bad attitude

Went in there to get a Sub. Asked the guy working there to grill it. Said No. When asked why, he didn't have an answer and said the owner of this location doesn't like it. Every other subway I've been to grills if you ask them to. "It's a rule," he said. Man, you are making food, I'm paying for it. Just wash your hands and make it the way I want it. But that's too much to ask nowadays I guess
