Me and my daughter had a bad experience with employee Anna .Y. She was making unsolicited, rude comments. Her dismissive behaviour ruined me and my child’s experience. My child was very excited to go to her favourite restaurant for her reward dinner, yet she was blatantly ignored and mistreated. Please have management provide her with proper costumer service training.

Akasy, a girl there was very rude to me and other customers. This was around 12:30 pm Saturday, both staff were very unhelpful and mean. When I would ask a question or ask for something else they would talk back and show lots of attitude like I shouldn’t be asking them for things. Very unprofessional and it’s sad to see this place like this because this used to be my favourite subway, but I won’t be coming back with these new staff.

I really like the staff and it’s great food, but last week I just found out ALL tips go to the Manager only… This is disgraceful as they are not the ones front line and centre doing the hard work. Shame on you, as it’s the employees that keep the consumer coming back.
My 3-5 days a week venture to your store will now stop, an average of $240.00 - $400.00 a month in orders.
