July 28 @ 9PM – This Location Is a Joke I always order steak & cheese and PAY for double meat — yet every time, it’s like they’re rationing beef in a famine. Called the store to ask nicely if they could actually put meat in this time, and the guy working (Indian guy, 9PM shift) kept repeating, “you have to pay first,” like I haven’t been doing that every single time. I even told him, “Does the extra meat come from your paycheck? Why are you being so stingy?” He had no answer — just attitude and no common sense. Doesn’t listen, doesn’t care, and clearly doesn’t know how to follow simple instructions. What’s the point of paying extra when you still get scammed? Absolute waste of money!!! Subway pays you minimum wage — stop acting like you’re guarding gold.

I ordered a sub online. The doordash driver called me and they didn't have what I wanted so I changed it from pork to chicken. Then I waited for an hour when I called the store they said the order was complete. I didn't have a sandwich. I ordered another one through Doordash and I got it pretty quick. They even said my sandwich was there waiting but they wouldn't give it to the driver coming to my house with my second one. The woman did not speak English very well. Why is the owner of a restaurant putting someone unable to communicate in charge of selling food. Don't make no sense!

The male employee that made my order around 8:30pm on April 19th is absolutely incompetent. He mixed up everything in the 2 separate subs and we had to take them apart in order to eat it. There was no other customer in store at the time nor was there other online orders he was making. Please make sure you hire employees that can read.

This subway sucks so much. We ordered a tuna sub with potato rings and when we got there they had no tuna and couldn't give us our sub. They also told us they could not refund us our money because the manager wasn't there and they had no authority. They also wouldn't give us our potato rings unless we paid full price for them because they were part of a promo with the sandwich which they couldn't provide. What kind of a business takes a customer's money and then when they cannot provide what the customer paid for, just keeps their money? We even got a call from the manager the next day who said they still couldn't refund us because the cash out was already done. So your employee can't refund us before the cash out because they're not authorized and then you can't refund us either. This is flat out theft. You steal your customers money and then can't provide them with what they ordered. Don't ever go here unless you want them to steal your money. Terrible.
