This message is for the manager: I’ve been coming here for three years and today when I went in to get a footlong sandwich I asked for four toppings: black olives, spinach, tomato, and pickles. The employee put only five pieces each of olives, spinach, tomato and pickles for an entire footlong. I asked for more and they put on 2-3 more pieces of each topping. I asked for more and they put another 2-3 pieces of each topping. I asked them if their manager’s policy is to put as little toppings as possible and she said that’s what she’s been instructed to do. The poor staff at this location are going to have a hell of a time with their customers if they’re only putting on the bare minimum amount of toppings on sandwiches. Management, stop training your new staff to put on the bare minimum amount of toppings, otherwise your staff turnover will be high because they won’t want to deal with the angry customers and you’ll lose customers who will choose to go somewhere else to get their food.

I arrived here to pick up my doordash order.After the three customers in front of me were served, I waited for them to finish the line and gave the staff their order.Before even beginning my order, the staff member gave all four subs to another family who arrived at the same time. Management should at least hire one more person.I have never received the same level of respect from the staff regarding a dasher as I have from walk-in customers.Very disrespectful. ?
