Cute little place and perfect to start of the day as a traveler to Vancouver. Yummy bagel and good - not too sweet - chai latte. The chill atmosphere and interior plus the super friendly staff was what were really the star of the show. Thanks!
Both barista and cashier are lacking of customer service skills. There was zero smile. Just quick "yea yea". The service is bad to the point I feel like I walked into the wrong place. I think coffee shop ambiance is very important, I don't like how it is here. However, the to go coffee tastes good.
