I had an absolutely horrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered three veggie udon soups for lunch, and when we were nearly done eating, we discovered multiple insects floating in the soup. We started searching through the rest, and to our shock, we found EIGHT or more insects in just one bowl. More in other bowls as well. It was really upsetting, as we had already eaten most of it before noticing.
When I called to let the restaurant know, I was hoping for an understanding response. Unfortunately, they didn’t apologize, and I felt like they didn’t trust my words. They didn’t offer a refund, only an exchange, which didn’t seem like an appropriate solution considering the situation. Who would want more of the same after that?
If you care about food quality and hygiene, avoid this place. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Ordered a veggie Udon yesterday with my friends, and there is so many bugs inside the soup. I assumed they never wash the vegetables at all. I tried to call for the solution, however, the staffs is very unhelpful, never apologized for the problem.

Food is always great in value especially all day pick 3 item. Not only the price is reasonable but quality of food is so good as well. You have to give a little bit for their service because they are always busy. But overall they are really friendly and do their best to serve the customer better.

Well, I came here with Lupita, we had 3 sushi, I'm one of those who eat sushi from anywhere, and this one surprised me, I loved the Golden California roll deep fried, also the special crazy roll with salmon, if you like fried, order those ones and you will not fail. Also the waiters are fun.
