What a wonderful lunch! I haven't eaten raw fish in over 10 years, and I'm so glad I went here to try it out. Every bite was fantastic, the service was exquisite and the chef was lovely. It was such an intimate experience, with only 8 customers, 2 chefs and the host.

Excellent omakase experience with fresh tasting and high quality fish. Would definitely recommend going for lunch which is reasonably priced for what you get.

Great omakase! Went for lunch and it was delicious and had good value. Story telling for each item was nice.

An unreal experience. The owner/head chef is so knowledgeable about each dish and carefully explains everything before handing it to you. Absolutely incredible experience!!!

Since 2019, this is still my favourite omakase place :) Lots of good memory here with my family and friends. Chef Kevin always remember me and Mai is very attentive. It’s always nice to go back and see that some staff remained there.Service is friendly and attentive. Music was a tiny bit too loud for me last time around but I still enjoyed my experience there. I love the overall flavour profile here, quality is always great! :)Dietary restrictions: You can advise the chef of any dietary restriction before your meal.Kid-friendliness: Not quite

Completely shocked by Kevin’s service. He said he is the owner but I still can’t believe it as the owner wouldn’t treat their customers as such. You would expect at least reasonable services at an omakase restaurant, but I walked out feeling extremely scared, almost in tears. First of all, I was sorry to be 10 mins late as I need to settle my 2 year old with grandparents who came back late from outside. Thats my bad, but things do happen in life especially with a 2 year old. Once I sat down while waiting for my husband to walk in, Kevin put all the sushi pieces right in front of me while my husband was still parking. I asked whether he could wait, and whether he had to serve all the pieces all at once (cuz for omakase you want them to be freshly made rather than a sushi box), he said he needs to. When I said oh it’s not how other omakase places do things, Kevin gave me a really bad look and said it is how we do things here, implying take it or leave it. Up till this point, there is no greeting no smile nothing. I was very taken back by his attitude, and asked, can I then cancel my reservation the? Kevin then said you can cancel but you willstill get charged. I couldn’t believe it, then asked what he meant, you can serve sushi all at once but can you be nicer to me? Kevin then said I would be nice to me if you are nice. He then just kicked me out of the restaurant saying I am not welcomed. I am sorry for being 10 mins late (11:45 reservation, I got there 11:55), but Kevin, do you think this is how you should treat your customers? Your customers can’t even ask a few questions? I asked him what’s his name and whether he is the owner as I just can’t believe it, he told me his name is Kevin and he is the owner. Kevin, maybe you were having a bad day, but please don’t do this to other customers. It won’t get you a long way, especially as a sushi omakase chef.

We went here for our anniversary. Chef Kevin was very easy going and really took the time to chat with us during our meal. We enjoyed every single dish that Chef Kevin offered during our omakase. Every piece of fish/seafood was delicious and fresh. I enjoyed the intimate seating of 8 as it made the experience more unique and guest focused.

Intimate setting, attentive service staff, with a creative and delicious menu. The chef is charismatic and interacts with customers well (big points since this is a lot of effort). The two knocks I have: 1) the lunch menu provides much greater value than the dinner so if you haven't been here yet, I'd suggest trying the lunch first. 2) the staff will be washing dishes in front of you if there's another round after yours.

Came here for my 35th birthday dinner with my partner we both found it quite unforgettable. There is something to be said about the flavors and sights we experienced here last night, which are still on my mind. This is not your typical place for a quick meal. It is intentional. I would definitely say it is a meal to have in which to celebrate a milestone or with someone important to you.Hearing anyone describe it would only ever fall short of your experiencing it on your own.Ambiance:Warmth.An intimate experience with the chef and his attentive staff over the bar, seated at a wooden live edge table. Lighting was purposeful to accentuate the meticulous detail in the sushi being presented. The open shelf concept with warm glow showed off the plates that creations were to be served on.Presentation:Really delightful. Definitely ate with our eyes first. Again, wowed by the little details. We also learned of the origin and the way each offering was prepared.Meal:I cant sum it all.. so photos with some captions will have to do.Chawanmushi at the start was so flavourful and gave us a hint that we were in for a journey.Nigiri, what can i say.. Be prepared for quality. The miso cod blew me away. Just the right amouny of rich, umami, buttery melt in mouth.Fresh ingredients were extracted, seared and formed in front of us.I have never had a shiso sorbet. It was delightful.Interactions:The chef's creations were lovely. Staff were very purposeful and worked diligently to deliver us an experience.I loved getting the opportunity to see my partner react as she was served, and vice versa, as well as hearing the other diners react one by one as the chef and his staff serve us one at a time individually. Conclusion:Definitely a must-try. I wonder what the chef will come up with in the future!

The food service was all satisfactory! They talked to me often so I wouldn't get bored, and even provided great service when I told them it was my birthday. I'll visit again!

10/10 experience! This is the best omakase I have had so far in a long time. I was so blown away by all the courses I ate. There was not a single dish that let me down. It's hard to pick a favorite because they were all so good.I appreciated head chef, Kevin's, thorough walk through of each course. Would definitely be returning. The ambience is nice and intimate. Service was great as well. No complaints, will be returning for sure.
