It was such a delightful and delicious dining experience. I didn’t expect to find such fresh and high-quality dishes in Vancouver, but I was completely wrong. Throughout the entire meal, every staff member and the chef were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable without the slightest inconvenience. We were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner filled with warm and pleasant conversation. I would definitely love to visit again if I have the chance.
I’ve been to multiple omakase so far, and this was one of the best omakase experiences I’ve ever had. Chef Kevin is really attentive to the details, and I can see he put in so much effort mastering each flavor. My favorite was their squid sushi with uni on top. The texture was so smooth, and it was amazing. To top it off, the customer service of the entire team was top-notch. My wife and I had the best Omakase experience so far! Chef Kevin is such an expert at his craft. Each meal was made with such care and delicacy and tasted amazing! On top of that, Kevin was super friendly and made us comfortable. His assistants took good care of us and we stayed a little bit late as the conversations would not end. Totally worh it 👏
