This place made me feel like I’ve never had real sushi until I came here. Wow, so freaking good.

Fantastic omakase experience. Some of the best sashimi I’ve ever had in the city.

Amazing place! We had the moriwase and tuna nigiris, totally outstanding quality. Our server was 10/10.

Great little spot for an elevated sushi experience. It’s a very small restaurant so make a reso. The attentive but non-disruptive service is appreciated, as the tables are quite small so the tidying is a nice touch. The prices are not cheap, for example, my nigiri set was $65. Pay street parking is available so arrive early for your reso to snag a spot nearby.

Their sushi is one of the best in Vancouver! Everything is so fresh. Highly recommend trying their lunch set.

We went there for lunch and ordered their lunch set which is $75 each. The food was fresh and tasty, portion was neither too small nor too big. Service was quite good very friendly. But $75 for a lunch set it's really pricy. Reservation is a must don't think you can get a table without reservation.

High quality ingredients and with a level of execution that matches the quality in Japan. Intimate room with a modern and comfortable atmosphere matched with genuine service.

everything was really clean and fresh! a bit expensive especially for 6 thin pieces of sashimi? but can’t complain
We had the nigiri lunch set, it was nice, but I think it was nicer before. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and yummy, and the service was brilliant too. The tables are in fact quite close to each other, as the shop is overall relatively small.

Overall experience was okay. Some set menus are priced reasonably and quality was good. Just minor complaint about sushi would be the balance between neta and shari. For a roll I ordered, shari was too soggy. Odoro nigiri was the top quality you can get in Vancouver. However, one of the two I ordered had fascia in it, which shouldn't be there for a piece of 11-dollar nigiri.
Staff was nice and kind. They did all their jobs well. Atmosphere was satisfying with chill vibe.

The food and the service were absolutely magical. We originally had high expectations and Sushi Hill simply exceeded them. Every dish is a work of art. Highly recommended!

The taste is good, but it doesn't match the price. Overall it’s a good try.
