This is the best sushi restaurant on Main Street！The sushi is always very fresh and the store also has a very warm vibe！The service is friendly and I love how customers can watch the sushi chef making sushi in front of you if you choose to sit at the counter.

Had an amazing experience at Sushi Hil! The sashimi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the sizes were generous. Every bite melted in the mouth. You can tell they care about quality here. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was great too.
I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

My second time here and the food was great! Got the lunch set, maki set, and bluefin tuna roll. The bluefin roll was not as good as last time. The higher prices are reflected in the ingredient quality and thoughtful combinations. The service staff are kind but service can be slow.
If you’re planning a weekend visit, I definitely recommend booking a reservation. There is street parking out front and in the nearby neighborhood.

Super fresh sushi and very friendly staff here. The service is quick and the quality is simply incredible. Sushi Hil has been the best sushi I’ve tried in Vancouver so far. The quality of the blue fin tuna and toro nigiri was indescribable. I can’t wait to return! High prices but it’s worth it.
