The salmon sushi was delicious, and the udon was also very good.
If they could improve the setup of the baby changing station, currently located next to the toilet inside washroom, it would make the overall experience perfect.

30 bucks for this! 6 dollar music soup! Look at the size... extremely overpriced for a snack sized food...bruh get over yourselves..I could have spent that much on an ALL YOU CAN EAT.

The staff is Korean, and my Korean friend heard the female server bad mouth us in her native tongue to the other staff after I ordered. Can’t imagine how many times she’s done this to customers, assuming no one will understand her. I loved the food here but her rude, childish attitude has disappointed us. We will not be going here anymore.

Just look at this —What $32 assorted sashimi gets you Moon Sushi. Not even wasabi or soy sauce, let alone miso soup or a warm appetizer. It really makes you question the level of respect they have for their customers. Please like this and save more people from this mistreatment.

Sushi Moon is such an underrated and truly HIDDEN gem! The quality of the sushi is consistently fresh, and the variety is amazing — there are so many options that you’ll always find something new to try. The portions are generous, the presentation is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and attentive (I hope they never change the portions because that's why I come here on top of the high-quality fish). I’m surprised this spot isn’t busier because it easily rivals some of the more ā€œpopularā€ sushi places in town. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been yet — and no, this is not cappery, it’s just that good. šŸ£šŸ˜„

Disgusting salmon and terrible service.

I went to Sushi Moon and ordered a salmon roll, and it was honestly gross. The salmon looked old, smelled bad, and was almost clear, which is not normal for fresh salmon. I’ve been to plenty of sushi restaurants, and salmon should never look or taste like that.

I even checked Google reviews and photos of their salmon and asked why mine looked so different. The staff told me they ā€œchop it upā€ for salmon rolls, which I’ve never heard of before. Then, when I questioned it, she immediately changed her story and said, ā€œNo, we started using the same salmon as our opening.ā€ It was so sketchy.

Most restaurants would remake your order or take it off the bill, but they just kept making excuses and refused to refund me. I only ate one roll, and for $7, it was a complete waste of money. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered salmon cream cheese roll for take out and got crab meat instead of cream cheese. We were allergic to shell fish and it caused us to vomit. No idea why they would change the roll up for no reason. You don’t get what you pay for.

I’m in Vancouver every weekend for business trips, and I stopped by for sushi. The tall server welcomed me with such a bright smile and friendly service—it really made my day. The food was fresh and tasty, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Definitely a spot I’ll return to!

The food is good, but I wasn't allowed to dine there because I ordered it on UberEats....

I went in and picked up my order, then I asked the waiter if I could eat it in their restaurant and she said no, wow, I felt discriminated.

There was at least 7-9 spots to sit and dine there, yet you guys wouldn't even let me sit down and enjoy your food that I bought because why? I bought it on UberEats?? 30-45 minutes was all I needed to finish my food.

Talk about public humiliation. I went to close-by Tim Hortons and ate it there. Love you Tims

I ordered delivery from Sushi moon, from time to time they have different deals on the different platforms and their website. It tasted like your usual sushi in Vancouver. There's plenty of indoor seating, and does get busy depending on the time of day.

Love coming here, the food is amazing. However there is a server, I have had her several times now. She is not the friendliest or nicest one, sometimes even rude. Apart from this, I really enjoy the food, and the rest of the servers are ver nice. I don’t know her name, just that she works Mondays in the afternoon.
