Sushi Mugen offers the best sushi in Vancouver at reasonable prices. The small restaurant provides excellent service and authentic Japanese food, impressing even Japanese visitors. Their unique "fried style" sushi is a must-try, though some find it a bit sweet. The sashimi platter is fantastic, with high-quality and generous portions. The menu includes a great selection of sushi rolls, many of which are tasty and creative. The fried noodle and fried chicken are large and good for sharing. The place itself is pretty small with some seating outside. Lunch boxes are big with soup and starter selection. Great value for money. All the food was delicious and fresh. Surprisingly no wait to be seated, and reasonably priced. The unique rolls had a designer flair to them. Fast service, and the ambiance was top notch. Loved how the rolls were presented and the staff were very friendly. However, the servers aren't as friendly or welcoming as they used to be, which takes away from the overall experience a bit.
