Food was OK. The takoyaki is pretty good, but the rolls (tried the awesome and tuna tataki rolls) were mid. Service was good, but had a dirty dish (was swapped for a clean one though)

I came here for lunch today and ordered the Tuna Tataki salad with chicken donburi 2 item combo. There are a lot of tuna chunks in my salid, well worth the additional $2. The chicken donburi is on the salty side and there were some chicken cartilage and tough onion skins in the bowl that shouldn’t have been in the bowl. I’d suggest Mainichi to provide miso soup with their combo. They don’t cost much and add to perceived value of the meal. Overall a very good new Japanese style Korean restaurant.

The food is good. Sells Japanese food but has a Korean taste to it.

Plenty of choices to make your own combo. Average quality of food and price. No surprise. No disappointment.

It was nice to be able to choose between water or green tea before the meal!
I ordered a combo of 3 items, but there are many to choose from, so you can choose according to your taste.😊
However, the donburi and udon were a bit salty for my taste! ㅠ However, the server was friendly and I had an enjoyable meal.

This is yet another Vancouver restaurant where they give you 5% off for writing a good review with a picture. I disagree with this practice since it leads to an inflated score that doesn't reflect the real quality (and has more than once fooled me). It seems that Google Reviews in Vancouver mean next to nothing at this point.
The food here is OK if you just want to eat something quickly. However, don't eat here if you're looking for Japanese flavours because you won't find any.
The service is good though so I really wanted to like this place more.
We stopped in for Lunch and enjoyed our meal. The picture is what I chose from there choose lunch pick two or three from Six categories

The mentaiko cream udon was good and the portions were a good size! The combo is a great deal that I would recommend :)

Very clean and nice atmosphere with super great service!
New name with more expensive food, very small portion sizes for how much you're paying. We ordered a curry Katsu and it came with almost no sauce or rice.
This quite possibly could have been the most 'melt in your mouth' sockeye you will have. The tempura was cooked to perfection & you could taste all the flavors. The ice for your drinks is a hollow circle - so og & genius! 100%, I'll be back here
