I dined here for dinner, ordering Grilled Sablefish and nigiri. The fish was well-marinated, beautifully cooked with a delightful grill mark, and the crispy belly was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it!As for the nigiri, all the fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly torched. The rice base, made of high-quality sushi rice, stood out from other restaurants in the same price range, which typically use cheaper-grade rice. The rice looked polished and shiny, with individual grains staying separated instead of being smooshed together. This quality is unbeatable for the price!I highly recommend this restaurant. ??

The nigiri were fresh and tasty, but something went very wrong with the creamy sauce crab udon. The "creamy sauce" was just plain cream. It was basically a bowl of udon floating in half a litre of boiled cream, with a few salmon eggs and some imitation crab. I could barely eat any of it and the kitchen had just closed so I went home hungry. I live in the neighborhood but I won't come back.
