Been going here for several years now and happy hour prices are very reasonable, despite $5 charge which could be better explained by staff. Cannot comment on bar or food service however recent addition of YouTube has greatly expanded song selections.

Went there for the happy hour karaoke. I really like the pay up front model and especially the fact that they had YouTube karaoke. As someone who likes very niche English speaking rock bands its VERY hard to find a karaoke that has the songs I like but Switch had most of them.
No rating on food as I didn't get any (not sure if they have any either)

We still had time left, but all of our remaining songs were canceled without any notice. When we asked about it at the front desk, they responded with, “So what do you want?” — which was quite shocking. Overall, the service was disappointing.

It left a bad taste in my mouth when after payment, the worker at the front demanded a bag check but only for select members in my group. It felt discriminatory, why are you only asking specific people for a bag check?
When food and drink were found in my bag, she insisted I hand it to her to throw out. I am at karaoke to sing, not eat. The food and drink were for a picnic after, I didn’t realize this was airport security. I proposed leaving it with her if that was truly an issue, but she refused. Even clothing stores have a table where you can leave and retrieve your drinks. To clarify, I’m not even of age, it was non alcoholic and closed lid.
Furthermore, the $5 additional charge was not explained to us. I worked a service job for 2 years and I am astounded by how absurdly she treated us. In contrast, the other worker was very pleasant :)
