Overall, great experience. We booked a karaoke room during happy hour and it was great. Staff is helpul, very friendly, lots of music to choose from. The only thing we didn't love was the food. It wasn't bad but it was great either. We'll try something different next time as maybe it was just the dish we ordered we didn't like. Also, we have to go during peak hours as when we went it was pretty dead. There wasn't even music on the main floor while we were waiting for our private room to be ready. Overall we had a great time though!

I have been visiting this place multiple times to enjoy happy hour karaoke myself and no complaints with the price except the service. On the bill, 18% tip is automatically added. what extra service did I get from them except a cup of tap water? I am not expecting much but at least you don’t have to shoo away customers after their paid hours.
Over the multiple visits, I find some of the servers quite rude- especially the girl with very long hair today.
While I was signing she opened the door wide and informed me my last 15 minute with an attitude. I stopped singing and felt interrupted. So I left few minutes earlier. She didn’t even say thank you or bye on my way out- just sipping her drink and watching me.
What a bad representation of the business.

Extremely overpriced. A group of 4 people got charged for $75 plus tax for AN HOUR. Could be reasonable for big groups but man. The place was clean and well organized though some staffs are friendly some are not.

Decent asian style karaoke with good happy hour option.
I was very impressed by how bad the service was. Even though Vancouver is notorious for having bad customer service, this is probably one of the worst I’ve experienced. They lack in professionalism and acted as if I were their high school classmate. I even heard them LOUDLY gossiping about me, which is unbelievable.
Either they need to rehire the staff or redo the training.

I was here a couple of months ago for a company outing. The Black female bartender was super rude and had such a bad attitude, acting like she was doing us a favor by selling us drinks. The food is just acceptable—just reheated, microwaved chicken wings and stuff —but the service is really, really bad. Won't recommend to anyone.
Changed their system to a more limited selection. Used to be better but cheaper system is not worth the price you're gonna pay for drinks
