The venue is beautiful but the catalogue of songs is so disappointing. Also you have to look them up on your phone and then type it in on a huge calculator-esc device which is very counter productive. No in room service and they stopped our room ten minutes before our time which was frustrating. Good room layout (we had the 20 person one) but they have counter tables that essentially lock you in so it’s hard to get up.

No wonder why there are so many of the 1-star reviews. People come here for after drinking, this atmosphere has 5 star rating such as nice interior, and clean washroom. This business could blow up, but we all can acknowledge the fact that the owner doesn’t give a single care. Worst service ever!We used a karaoke room to sing.They just brought us to the karaoke room and didn't explain how to use. Quick briefing and left. Once we were finished the service time, the server came to the room right away and grabbed all stuffs.It was charged gratitudes 18% in your bill with worst service. What a great business to make money lol!!!

that's a bummer! It's such a letdown when the song selection is limited at a karaoke place. It's supposed to be a fun and inclusive experience for customers.Limited song selection can really put a damper on the karaoke experience. It's all about having a wide range of songs to choose from and sing your heart out.

Went there for the first time and was very displeased. Staff is not helpful and this one staff member was super rude, gave us attitude and bad looks for no reason. Not impressed

Why do they kick us out? Even I paid with tips!!Visited after midnight on February 18th. 1 hour + 2 pints + tip. There was one male and one female employee, and while we were playing, a female employee came in and told us to sing “two songs” and leave since there were 10 minutes left. What does it matter how many songs you sing? It was absurd, but I agreed and started singing again. Less than 5 minutes later, he came back in and left with a remote control and a microphone. At the last minute, I ruined the atmosphere and went to the counter to complain, but the male employee (who doesn't speak Korean) apologized repeatedly and didn't even look at the female employee. It turns out that the female employee is Korean??They said it opened in Phanta City. I went there often when it first opened last year and there were no Korean songs, but the service was terrible because they hired employees. No, I don't even want any service. I'm legitimately paying for the time I use, but the staff isn't kicking out customers because they're leaving early.Once I left, I wanted to get a refund because the atmosphere was ruined by that one employee, but it was dirty so I decided not to go. The female employee doesn't seem to know how narrow the Korean community is here.

I didn’t try any food or drinks. But they do have a nice bar at the front of the entrance. The rooms are big so you can have a big group. This is the fanciest karaoke place I’ve been too. I’m used smaller places I guess where you order Korean street food lol. I haven’t been to a karaoke place since 2000 so consider this in my review lol.

Went on a Sunday. So expectedly would be pretty dead. Rented a room out, and it was just ok. Song system worked well, but the selection wasn't super up to date and was missing a lot of songs. The place has really nice decor, but not much going for it outside of that.
