My wife and I, who live in Nanaimo were going to Vancouver for a show with our grandsons and just randomly popped into Taco Loco for some dinner before going ti the Dome. It was amazing, and we told the crew there that we would be back someday! Well, tonight her and I are coming over for another show at the Dome on the Hullo ferry and I will be ordering my Uber to go straight to Taco Loco first. Love this place and service was amazing. See you tonight around 5:30!!!

I came here with a friend and there was no one in the restaurant. We had to wait 5 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen door. The food was delicious though. We were in a hurry to get to an event but there was nobody available when we needed to pay, we had to knock on the kitchen door and even open it and yell into the kitchen but nobody came out. We waited for maybe 10 min until someone finally came.

I held my birthday dinner at Taco Loco recently. All of my guests (over 20 people) had a great time. The food was excellent, the staff amazing, and the music was great. I've never disappointed by the food and service, been going since it first opened!

I just got back into Vancouver after a while of traveling and met a friend at Taco Loco and had a delicious beef taco. It was the house taco and was delicious with their special homemade sauces. I’ve traveled a lot in Mexico and these tacos are as good I’ve had in Mexico and the prices are very fair., same as for beer, good prices, and good selection

Fantastic evening with super staff. Unique menu items that had just the right heat. All the staff were very welcoming. Santiago was our server and the nicest, most personable guy ever. Two thumbs up and highly recommend if you are headed to or from Jericho.

Came in hungry, left confused. The ceviche tasted like someone cracked open a can of salmon, gave it a splash of bottled lime, and called it a day. The chips it came with? So stale I think they predated the Aztecs.
Then came the shrimp taco—which turned out to be an avocado wearing a shrimp costume. The shrimp were tiny, unseasoned, and clearly just there for moral support.
Servicer was sweet but not very attentive. Took some time to get the order in. Then the drinks took about 15 minutes to arrive and when them came beer was look warm and cider had ice which tasted very watered down. Looks like the restaurant has the same owner ship with charqui next door. Been a few times to recognized that the owner is just drinking with buddies all the time might be better off helping his crew. Asked for the bill and it never came so had to pay cash and recall what we spent. Didn’t want to hurt the kitchen staff for front of staff and managers fault. So I over paid in cash and tipped way to much on my way out. I only know cause I rushed out and gave them the heads up I paid in cash and they quickly clarified my bill, for me to know I over paid. Omg, so tasty, the portions are sooo big and they have a taco Tuesday 3 tacos x $18 dlls soooo god and I promise that with 3 tacos you will feel full! I recommend barbacoa; carnitas and shrimp 🌟 I will back for sure; since now my favourite taco spot in the neighborhood. Also; they have happy hour 2:00-6:00 pm
