Everything was absolutely delicious!
We picked up our order of Uzbek pilaf, ganfan, beef samsa and wafer rolls. The staff was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and most importantly, the food was incredibly tasty! We especially loved how tender the meats were. Will definitely order againπ―
I was pulled in by the Uzbek Cuisine. I'm not familiar with it and the lagman sounded really good. It was excellent. A very hearty beef and veggie noodle soup. The broth was rich and with a slight hint of spice. Big pieces of celery and peppers, perfect noodles to slurp on, and the beef just melts in your mouth. My only suggestion is to provide bigger and proper soup spoons as the cutlery you are given just isn't very effective to eat this with.
Vancouver needs to know this place exists and you absolutely must try it.
Fantastic cuisine 10/10
It was our first time trying Uzbek cuisine and this restaurant. We were so impressed! Everything was delicious, the flavors and such fresh ingredients!!! We will definitely come back again soon! Everyone should check it out :)
The plov here is amazing, just like the one from back home. I also tried their naan, it truly took me back. The taste of food that made me miss home. If you also like Uyghur food the Uzbek cuisine is very similar, I highly recommend!
What a wonderful lunch πππ
Tashkent is new halal restaurant in downtown!! I really like their Uzbek food. Also Pilaf is gruten free food and healthy food tooooo. I chose Wafer rolls for dessert and it is crazy delicious at allπππ
Loved the food. The portions are great, plov was full of flavor and the dumplings were fresh and tasty as well. Top it off with friendly staff and you got yourself a great local lunch spot.
Uzbek cuisine is my favourite one and I tried many versions of it and have been in Uzbekistan few times. Over, considering it is a food court restaurant, the food is good. Plov was ok+ but they really compensated it with very tasty mantu. I had to wait for 15 minutes for my order but it was worth it. Definitely will be back soon.
super nice staff & delicious food :)
Super good food we had to order seconds which is rare for us. It got my wife to eat red meat cuz of how good it was.
Restaurantji Recommends
Amazing food, great service, and authentic Uzbek flavors. The plov reminded me of home! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something unique and tasty.
Awesome food! Been 2x in a week. Only have tried their pilaf, manti, and mador samsa but all have been excellent and will come for more dishes. Just visited Afghanistan and this food tasted authentic to the region and was even better than local pilaf dishes I ate. Halal is a bonus!
Happy to finally have a Halal Uzbek restaurant in Vancouver. The beef lagman and manti were delicious!
Inshallah the business continues to prosper and grow.
It was very tasty and the staff was very friendly, thank you
