The rosemary/olive oil loaf makes the most heavenly French Toast ever. The coop in Nelson is phasing terra breads out and I am really sad about this.
We ordered their butter croissant and chocolate hazelnut brownie. I loved my brownie!!! It was moist and had a rich taste. The croissant was also good.
There was a line when we bought our pastries. We didn’t wait that long.

I went to the side of the counter to do a pick up. When we flagged down a lady, she came over and said “You have to come to the cashier to pick up!”, very aggressively. I said “this is where I did the pick up before and that’s why I’m here. You don’t have to get mad at me, just tell me that pick up point has changed”. We picked up a couple of pastries and while having our food, we realized that there is “Falls for Locals”, which offered a free loaf of bread with 4 pastries. So we decided to go back and see if we can buy 2 more pastries and partake in this special. She was again, very rude and asked if we have a receipt - really? I just talked to you (I thought we had an unusual conversation earlier but maybe she receives many complaints from customers) and picked up two things 15 min ago”. Anyway, she made sure that I knew she is making an exception and let me get a free bread. Congratulations! You have lost a regular customer.

Huge fan of their pecan and fruit loaf. Was so excited when they had it this winter! My daughters and grandchildren are also a big fan of their cheese bread.

A must visit every time I come to Granville island. As a huge bread lover, I like to make it a habit to visit bakeries in every city I visit. And I can confidently say their cheese bread is one of my favourite bakery items I’ve ever tried. My whole family is a huge fan!

Their Bread is amazing. Period. Their staff on the other hand is horrible. I had the WORST experience a few days ago when I went for a pick up order. I did not know they have a “system” for when picking up orders so I just went and lined up after somebody that was paying. When it was my turn, the first thing I heard from a Spanish speaking lady at the cashier was a “why did you skip the line?! There is people at the counter and you went ahead of them”. she yeld at me while speaking in the most rudeness way, she was ready to start a fight, and for no reason she was angry at me. I was shocked at first but I also raised my voice and explained back to her that I did not know that I needed to ask for assistant at the counter as I was not going to order anything that I was there only for pick up so to me it made sense just to ask for assistance at the register -from there we started to argue over the same situation again; at this point she was already furious. As if the situation was not already uncomfortable she said “I don’t want to talk to you anymore”… - Excuse me?!! Who does she thinks she is to speak to me or any other customer so agressibly? I was very upset and frustrated. Customers and anyone else, should not be treated like that, her terrible attitude tells me that she is not the right fit to work at this place or to be providing any customer service. I understand that this store gets busy, and that it can be exhausting at times, but if this high-pase environment is too much to handle and it gets you frustrated- this is the sign that this job is not for you- in this case it is not for her. I really hope for the Management team of the store(s) to take into consideration this feedback. I noticed that recent reviews of the store all talk about how rude the staff is with customers.

Located inside the Public Market, they had the best selection of fresh pastries and breads! We stopped there to grab some breakfast and everything was crazy good! We had the Artichoke and Asiago flatbread, the Double Baked Almond Croissant, and the Parmesan Scone (I was literally thinking about it the entire trip)!

Very disappointed. Ordered on skip and spent over $60 on 2 drinks, 2 sides and 2 mains. Waited over an hour for the order, our two mains were missing, and one of the drinks was supposed to be made with almond milk but it had regular dairy resulting in an allergic reaction.
Not impressed and will not order from here again.

Good local fresh bread
Granville market Vancouver location , inside public market
"Terrible service and stale food! Don't buy from here—they're deceiving customers by serving food from the back storage instead of the fresh items on display.

Not a great experience for a highly tourist concentrated location. I love Terra breads but not the granville island location. Worker hates her job. No "Hi or hello what can I get for you" just looked at Me and my mom. I'm the one that said hi how's it going? Wanted a suggestion for more seed and nut bread. Girl says what we have behind us is what we got. Should of been a dead give away not to purchase. But our groceries needed bread to go with it. Decided on the walnut loaf and cut. Paid and yet again not a thank you.. Enjoy... have a nice day..nothing. Just starred as i walk away. And I said have a great day! Suggest a smile and a thanks for stopping by... would suffice for a descent customer service experience. ?
