Good Vietnamese food, not the best in the city but tasty at a fair price. I like their vermicelli and rice dishes too. Good flavour.

The food is bad. Service is average. We all weren't happy with the food so my sister only tipped $5. The waitress stopped her from leaving and asked to tip her $15 which is 10%. She gave her extra $10 but we won't come back.

First thing we see as we walked in was a mouse running across the dining area. We let the server know what we saw but she just brushed it off and acted like she didn't hear us. Her only response was how many people we have and that its cash only. We decided not to dine there cos of the mice.As we were pulling out of the parking lot,we noticed that the servers were giving us dirty looks.Definitely would not recommend this place based on the way they interacted with us as customers.

This is for the Victoria/49th ave branch. The food quality has changed drastically in the past couple years. Also the servers are not very welcoming and very rude at times. The spring rolls sometimes are half cooked and gross. The meat in the rice dishes are no longer being grilled (I’m pretty sure the meat is microwaved instead). The soup is hit and miss. They gave me 2 leaves of basil one time. I asked for more. They said there’s no more. Few minutes after, the server said she found some in the kitchen so she gave me more basil. My kids see mice in the dining area.

さよなら。Not taking cards is why chinese run restaurants are on the decline. It's time chinese/vietnamese for restaurants to embrace technology for their businesses. want more business from young customers, then it's time to start accepting cards as payment methods. Even Japanese owned restaurants accept card as payment method. I also criticize the CCP.

At first when I just saw the building it looked old so my expectation is low but their food was surprisingly delightful. I tried their lemon grass chicken with broken rice and fried egg. It was one of the best Vietnamese platter i ever had. I wish they would give more veggies though but their portion is large. Their Vietnamese coffee was overpriced but super flavorful as well.
