Had a great evening at the loft last night. Authentic Jamaican, tasty, excellent food and very pleasant service. Great view over English Bay, and comfortable spacious seating.
Went in at around 2:30 this afternoon, the girl working was the least friendly server I have come across in a while zero customer service skills! We were seated, she brought over a pitcher of water and glasses that were fresh out of the dish washer, the pitcher was dirty and gross had who knows what caked on the lid and black around the inside of the lid as well, the cups......gag had lip prints on them from the last diners that used them as well as food or something on them,...read full review
