Quite literally one of the best tasting menus and meals I've ever had. Food, Service, and Ambience in perfect harmony. Nothing on a plate that didn't serve a purpose in making the dish the best it could be. I will stare longingly out a window reminiscing on Chicken of the Sea and Cool Hand Cuke. Ignore the neighbourhood grit, you will be transported as soon as you cross the threshold. Do yourself a favour, book it and go. We were so eager to tuck in, I had to borrow...
We just got back from a week long trip to Vancouver and The Mackenzie Room was by far our favorite dining experience. We ordered the “I Want It All” for the four of us and it was the perfect amount of food. It was spectacular in presentation and taste. 10/10 from everyone in my party. Seriously, one of the best meals I’ve ever had (and I’m a serious foodie). The sea urchin, beef tartare, and lamb were our favorites!
