Came here with friends for an event and had a generally good experience. We shared the nachos and I tried the salted caramel espresso martini. Not sure why, but it tasted like cough syrup to me and it came in a really tiny glass. The nachos were really good though and the portions are great. It's definitely enough for a group of 3-4!
Old pub in Gastown, with a nautical theme. You had to show ID at entrance. Nice live music. Limited selection of food. Lots of beers on tap but no porters or stouts besides Guinness.
We really enjoyed our visit to the Portside Pub several months ago. The oysters are to die for! The atmosphere is fun and it was nice to have a drink and relax. We don't live in Vancouver but will be there in March and plan to meet up with friends at the Pub! Can't wait!
