The Ramen Butcher Reviews
Came for the first time on St. Patrick’s Day. I ordered ramen and requested to remove veggies. I tried Yokohama Iekei Ramen & Karaage on my first time here. I ended up eating karaage without dipping the tartar sauce because it was better without any sauce.

The Ramen Butcher is a popular spot for comfort food lovers, known for its rich history and delicious offerings. The black garlic tonkatsu ramen is a must-try, featuring tasty toppings on a choice of regular or vegan egg noodles, all immersed in a flavorful broth with the perfect touch of umami black garlic. The fried gyoza remains a highlight, although some customers have found better gyoza elsewhere. The Truffle Gyoza and Cheese Gyoza are also highly recommended, showcasing thin dough and juicy fillings. Many visitors praise the spicy tsukemen with karaage, calling it a top meal that leaves them feeling full, elated, and satisfied. The noodles are often described as thick and chewy, but the broth is consistently praised as flavorful and fiery.
The restaurant's service, food, and ambiance are all top-notch, with quick service that allows diners to enjoy their meals without feeling rushed. The ramen is made with fresh noodles every day, adding to the overall experience. Customers also enjoy the small chashu don, where the pork is perfectly charred and tender, with flavorful rice that fills the bowl. The location is convenient for parking and exploring Chinatown after a hearty bowl of ramen. For those looking to end their meal on a sweet note, Coffee Jelly is available for dessert and has received great praise. The restaurant's merchandise is also popular among fans. With its flavorful dishes and welcoming atmosphere, The Ramen Butcher remains a must-visit for ramen enthusiasts eager for a satisfying dining experience.
