I was visiting Vancouver and my family and I went here for some food. It was pretty busy and the food was okay and the drinks were overpriced but the biggest problem was there was mice running around all over the restaurant. I’m not sure what kind of establishment this is but there was 5-10 mice running around the floors and counters. Disgusting. We spent over $200 on our meal which was completely unacceptable.

The service was great but unfortunately the Short Rib Stroganoff was not great, the pasta pieces were uncooked :(.

This place is an absolute gem!! Pass over the chain restaurants and go for this place instead. Lots of unique character and fresh quality food. Every dish we’ve had here has always been seriously incredible and the drinks are amazing too! We often come here for our special occasions. Great service and a wonderful all around experience every time, will not disappoint! (Price point is based on per person for a main meal).

I really love the atmosphere at Red Acordeon. The moment you step inside, the place feels warm and inviting and the decoration creates a very charming vibe. It truly feels like a cozy house and the overall ambiance is beautiful. The only thing that bothered me a little was the low lighting. It created a nice mood but I could barely see my food which was a bit funny.
About the food, it was quite pricey. I would not say it was bad, but it was also not something very memorable. The two dishes we ordered had a very similar taste, so the variety was not as strong as I expected. The dessert was too sweet for my taste and the salad was fresh and tasty but it was also more expensive than it should be.
Overall I enjoyed the flavors but I do not think I would go back. The experience was nice once, mostly because of the atmosphere, but the food and the prices did not match what I hoped for.

Both burger and steak were served medium rare without even asking! Ground beef is not supposed to be served this way due to food safety but at least you can ask customers if they are willing to take the risk! Hash brown and fried dough were so greasy but the fries were fine. Service was good and friendly and we loved the atmosphere.

Funny fact, I asked my professor, who does not like bars and drinks, but she gave me this hidden treasure: the red accordion. From the outside, it appears to be a quiet place, but inside, it is quite different, with people packed in tightly. It has a great atmosphere, and their menu is excellent. I tried their sides, which included anchovies and Italian-style focaccia bread, and the taste was fresh and fishy, perfectly complemented by the pasta sauce. The next one I tried was their Chicken Wings, called 'Ain't No Thang.' It's an Asian fusion dish, specifically Thai-style, featuring fried locally raised chicken. It combines soy sauce, maple, and herb tastes, which was marvellous.
The downside was that the drinks were more pricey; it cost $9, but they served a unique stout, such as the Tiramisu Stout, which was a perfect combination of dark stout and the sweetness of the tiramisu cake.

The place was nice but it was cold and took away the cozy feeling! The food was served almost cold.
The server was nice but I’ve seen better services at other places.
Overall wouldn’t suggest it and won’t take my guests there.

This place has an amazing decoration and vibe unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve stepped back 50 years, such a unique atmosphere. We actually found this restaurant by accident, and I’m so glad we did. Just make sure to book a spot in advance because it gets busy.
We ordered the half roasted chicken, roast pork pasta, and a burger. All of them were delicious and full of flavor. The only thing to note is that, because they were very busy, there was a 2-hour time limit for each table. Everything was fantastic! Highly recommended.

My new favourite spot for a delicious meal and cocktail. This place hits the nostalgia spot when you enter at video library wall and great art and music upstairs. Excellent service and drink recommendations from Izzy and Graham.

I had a really good experience here. The staff were friendly and on top of things, and the atmosphere was relaxed without feeling dull. The menu has a solid range of options, and everything we tried was fresh and well-prepared.
The food stood out most — straightforward, really well executed, and clearly made with care. Nothing felt overcomplicated, just genuinely good cooking.
Overall, it’s a place I’d happily come back to and recommend to anyone looking for a reliably good meal and comfortable dining experience.

I had a date night reserved for this place. Upon arrival we were told our table is not quit ready and should be another 10 mins. another 20-25 mins pass and we still have not been seated and were waiting with a bunch of other people in a cramped staircase with no were to go. I'll let you know I reserved for dinning room but we were seated downstairs in the bar area.
Once seated the service was terrible and not friendly. we ordered drinks , the glass were sticky and no server would stop in to check on us. we had to keep asking for assistance .
For food, we ordered the carpaccio which is not good
as the flat bread is extremely stale , the sauce is extremely fishy and everything about the dish was not good. We mentioned to the server it was not good after trying to get her attention numerous times and they said so sorry to bad.
We also ordered the burger which came with under cooked soggy fries .
We then ordered a second round of drink with our food which came with missing garnishing's.
Their attention to detail was non existent that night
All in all the experience at this establishment was one of the worst i have ever had, Over priced for 2 people, unfriendly staff, bad food, and sticky drinks.
I am very disappointed!

I found The Red Accordion through an Instagram ad and decided to try it for brunch after checking the good Google ratings. I really loved the décor ,the place has a cozy, stylish vibe , and I genuinely appreciated how friendly and attentive the servers were.
But unfortunately, the food didn’t match the atmosphere. We ordered two different dishes, and neither of them really satisfied us in terms of taste or quality. I wish the food had lived up to the great service and beautiful space.

I rarely leave negative reviews but customer service at this restaurant was disappointing.
They charged me for the food that was ordered mistakenly but did not serve.
I definitely not going to this restaurant again.
