My high expectations were somewhat 'squished' at our first (and most likely last) visit at the Mount Pleasant location. It should have been a treat for a desert after a birthday brunch, but we left rather underwhelmed. The staff wasn't very attentive, rather appearing stressed, forgetting things and paying attention to everything else but our order.
