The store ia bustling with efficient service. Their baked goods are excellent. My neice loved the croissant.the price of the chocolates makes my wallet complain a bit, so I hope my friends enjoy their treats.

Very inefficient service to receive chocolates. There is a 20-minute line and only one person serving chocolates. She is laughing and talking instead of doing her job or asking her colleagues to help. Very poor management.

The staff was wonderful and carefully packaged the Black Forest Cake for my husband's birthday. It's his favorite cake, and we ended up getting the 10-12 person size for our group of six. Oh well, more delicious leftovers for the next few days!
The cake was incredibly decadent, featuring Kirsch-scented chocolate cake with Kirsch Chantilly and fresh cherry compote on a shortbread base. It was a perfect celebration cake.
I am looking forward to coming back for coffee and treats; I couldn't take my eyes off the pastries and sweets in the display case.
Simply the best! Nothing but goodness. The chocolates are of course excellent but had brunch - almond croissant, calabrese panini and cappuccino! Wonderfully delicious!

Crowded but really good
We visited the Thomas Haas Kitsilano location to pick up an online cake order. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately transported back to Europe--the look and feel of the café felt so familiar, especially after having just returned from France, Barcelona, and Italy the previous week.
