Good food but there is sometimes a mean lady working at the counter. She is impatient and not pleasant to deal with at all.

ok ik their a deli shop but i came here for their desserts cuz someone recommended me to do so, and their desserts are ALL TOO SWEET.
the first pic had a unique crunchy yet glutinous texture, paired with the faint aroma of pandan leaves, which is ruined by its morbidly sweet mung bean filling with a hint of coconut flavour that lingers for a split second. 2.2/5
the third pic is this coconut tapioca texture dessert thats subtle in flavour bit again the filling was way too sweet 2/5
the fifth pic is their layered pandan and mung bean- it just tastes like any other one u can get in vancouver, still a little too sweet 3/5
their pork tapioca thing that comes in a triangle had decent filling- it tasted like typical viet cooking but the exterior was too wet and goopy so it didnt pair well tgt 2/5

Fantastic dry food selection and about 10 grab and go deli available here, about 20 items you can order from the kitchen.

Small place, but carries a good load of South East Asian good. Only down side is the owner (?) is not fluent in English, so I was having a bit hard time placing orders. However, the food is good and love the owners sunshine smile haha

Had their barbecue chicken sub, it was huge and delicious!

I came at 7.40pm and you guys closed already, when It said close at 8pm on Gg. Disappointed 🙁

Family-run deli with a big variety of Vietnamese delicacies (ready-to-eat and frozen). Generous portion of bánh cuốn (Vietnamese rice rolls) for only $12. Would come back 👍

Very rude customer service. I came in asked a question about the vietnamese ham. Girl just throws it on the counter and uses her hands to wave me out of store. Never returning here.

Love the food here. The owner not super friendly but I come back because the banh cuon and desserts are great.

Very unpleasant experience - cashier was rude, angry, and yelling at all the customers for no good reason. At least she doesn’t discriminate who she yells at, no one is immune. Make sure you check your total, she ended up sneakily charging an extra $2 but we didn’t notice until we’ve left.
