Customer service is really bad. Cashier does not really understand english. Also messed up our order but said it wasn’t in the system when I paid for it. Always ask for your receipt at this place just in case they mess up.

The store may be open till 11, but the kitchen closes at an earlier time. I am here on a Friday night at 9:46, but the kitchen is closed so I can only order drinks and the baked goods available. I will add that the staff I ordered from was very pleasant and patient with me as I had to rethink what I wanted since the kitchen was closed. However, when I asked another staff where the straws were, she was rude and condescending in her tone as if annoyed I couldn’t find it myself.Vegetarian options: There are Loaded Bowls and Wraps that are vegetarian.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and the doors can be opened with an accessible button.

Staff could use some more customers service training, but when the coffee is fresh, particularly the dark roast, it is very good.

These are a collection of the rudest, slowest and non-customer service focused employees in the chain. They don’t make eye contact, never say thank you and will prioritize their personal conversations over the customers in line. I wish I could say this was just one individual or visit, but as someone who frequently goes there simply because it’s the only one in walking distance, I can attest it’s just the culture of this team. This location will frequently provide the worst service you will get at any major food and beverage chain in Vancouver

The service in the early morning is atrocious. They are always and the phone, talking between each other and ignoring customers.

I visited this place today on Feb 11, 2024 at approximately 6 pm. While waiting for my order, I saw how a staff member (an Indian lady) was using her phone with the same glove she was using to touch/prepare food. It's literally disgusting. Can management explain basic food safety standards to your staff? Please monitor your CCTV records to check your “gold starndarts of customer service”.Of course, my friends and I will avoid that place. It's so sad that Tim Hortons is falling below Canadian standards nowadays…

Do not come here if you're in a rush. Sometimes it takes them 20-30min to get your order ready. Even if they are not busy with customers, the staff are busy talking to each other. They will make eye contact with you and ignore you. Go to Mcdoanlds or something if you want "fast food"

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today, around 1:00 PM. I ordered chili and it burned my tongue very badly due to its high temperature, which was scalding hot. Also, the staff is almost always rude. I hope they fix these problems as soon as possible.

These 2 Indian girls ( I don’t know their names) working here (4:55pm on 22nd Jan) made weird faces. I ordered 7 mins prior to my arrival, they didn’t even start making it. Shaking my head.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap which took over 15 mins to get when there was nobody else in line or waiting for an order, then was given something else (farmers wrap or something), asked politely if I could get a chicken bacon ranch wrap because that’s what I ordered and the lady instantly got very emotionally upset and argued with me over what I had ordered. I asked nicely if I could just get a new wrap because I could tell she was stressed and unstable, she still wouldn’t give it me and kept saying that’s what I ordered I said you must have misheard me because why would I order something I don’t like. then the lady got frustrated and still refused to make me a chicken wrap, so I asked for a refund and the lady behind counter flipped out took my wrap threw it on the ground and mumbled swear words under her breath and sloppily made me a chicken bacon ranch wrap then slammed it on the glass and told me to “get out”. Needless to say I this is the worst Tim’s in all of vancouver even worse then the bug infested Granville street location. Not to mention everytime I go to this Tim hortons there’s no employees to be found, garbage everywhere , gross tables, and stale food no matter what it is, hash browns, donuts , bagels. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TIM HORTONS!!
