These are a collection of the rudest, slowest and non-customer service focused employees in the chain. They don’t make eye contact, never say thank you and will prioritize their personal conversations over the customers in line. I visited this place today on Feb 11, 2024 at approximately 6 pm. While waiting for my order, I saw how a staff member (an Indian lady) was using her phone with the same glove she was using to touch/prepare food. It's literally disgusting.Can management explain basic food safety standards to your staff? Please monitor your CCTV records to check your “gold starndarts of customer service”.Of course, my friends and I will avoid that place. It's so sad that Tim Hortons is falling...read full review
