Worst experience I had. We waited for 30+ minutes for the online orders. Even tho they said a maximum 15 minutes will take. They didn’t even checked the order before we arrived… They were pretty annoyed and didn’t even give an apology… I won’t recommend them! If you have a chance, prefer another locations…

I recently visited one of your branches and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, the store was not very clean, and I noticed some flies near the donut display, which was concerning. Additionally, the staff seemed very swamped and weren’t particularly welcoming. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made for future visits. I used to get donuts here during my breaks for work, chocolate glazed, now it’s just a chocolate donut. They’ve been putting less and less glaze that you can barely even see it anymore. Stingy af

Sad to say we won't be coming back here anymore, we work down the street, I would get chilli often from there, but today my supervisor got the Bacon grilled cheese, as she's eating this, we're all here at work, she screams, we look back at her, and it looks like there was a nail in the sandwich!! Again, we go there all the time I love the staffs indian girl and Filipino lady, always nice polite, no issues with them, there doing a great job, but something has always been lacking here, I worked at this location in 2005 and sad to say fast forward till now, it's still the same, lack of management! We surely will not be going there again! The staffs replied my order and apologized, I hope they fix this!

July 1. 2024. I ordered through Skipthedishes. I ordered six donuts, but they only gave me five. And they were not the correct donuts I ordered. If they were out of stock, they could have just called me to let me know. Incompetent staff. They need better training. I'm never going to order from this location again.
I like their New caramel dream cookie which is really delicious... In addition their service and atmosphere is top-notch.❤️❤️. Highly recommended.

I love Tim Hortons, but today I had the worst experience at this location. First, the cashier was very rude. We bought a promotion from the Too Good To Go app, a hot chocolate, and a coffee. The hot chocolate was tasteless and bad, so I went back to complain, and in a very unpleasant manner, they made the change and gave me a better one. When I was almost home, I looked at the promotion I bought and realized that one of the donuts had a bite taken out of it. Obviously, I will never buy from this location again.
