This is now the second time in a month i have found egg shell in my food. Is it that hard to crack an egg properly?They regularly run out of parts of meals.Poorly run location.

The kitchen had already closed when I had placed an order on the app and had been charged. Staff told me a refund would not be possible! Very frustrating - please close the app if you aren’t taking orders.

I was at this location to pickup a doordash order which they told me 20minutes of wait.I already drove few mins ,so i thought its not worth a cancel.I am putting this review not to complaint or but to improve.if they re out of any item in the store,they should be updating in the system(doordash,uber etc..) which doesnt make any kind of incovinence to others.This shall be noticed so i am keeping my rating ⭐️

Double charged, refuses to refund, all indian crew, please hire a more diverse staff, they are all the same and are very rude to everybody else except them, racist and terrible service, manager Mrt and Samret are very rude and should be removed from their jobs

Service was horrific, made my order wrong and when I pointed it out they got mad saying they made it correctly - they gave me a chicken wrap and I ordered a veggie wrap. I don't know how they confused chicken for veggie. When I pointed out it was wrong on the order screen they told me not to read the screen. Also made my icecap wrong..Vegetarian options: Watch them make your order. Often made wrong with meat

I live close by and have completely stop coming here because they are really rude and cannot seem to handle simple orders. Their management team is missing the mark maybe actually train your staff or maybe time to hire some new people that won’t run this place into the ground.. sorry not

Every Tim Hortons I’ve been to has oat milk. From Ontario to BC. Not this one. ??‍♀️ Just so everyone is aware.

The staff here are always grumpy. They make you feel like you're putting them out by having to take your order.In the winter time they barely turn up the heat. Tim Hortons is supposed to be a warm place to come into from the cold. This Tim's misses that mark.

Simran is a STAR!! I walked a great distance to get a coffee from this location only to arrive just as she was closing up. She heard that I had walked a far distance and decided to stop cleaning up and to brew me a fresh coffee, even though everything had been cleaned and she was about to go home. She made my night and was so pleasant to talk to. I will always go out of my way to go to this location, from now on. Simran thank you so much for your kindness.

I have spent hundreds over the past couple months in online orders to feed the workers building my house. Without fail they are constantly missing items to the point that doordash no longer accepts my missing item requests. Not just one thing, but multiple items each an every single time. Super frustrating to me and the workers who requested items, not to mention all the money I’m missing!

I placed my order(order number 9203) at 7:15pm yesterday but I didn’t got my wrap and bowl and I was told to request refund via app and now I got the email that I had to request the refund from the store itself. Behaviour of the girl working last night was great, kindly request the manager to get the refund.
